Lovely little property on 4th floor but with lift access. Rooms were lovely with comfy beds and a perfect view of the local streets and up to the square with all its activity. Had everything we needed inc aircon. Staff are amazing, so friendly and couldnt do enough for you. There’s a little pizza/sandwich shop just next door who do the best foccacia, perfect for a lunch on the go. Would definitely go back. Really central location and could walk to everywhere around us within 30 mins.

Noise outside until around 1am from bars below is very loud. However it did not stop us sleeping after a busy day

The location could not have been more central, putting us right in the heart of the city and making all the major sights and attractions easily accessible by walking. What made our stay even more special was the kindness and helpfulness of the host. The daily cleaning service was a standout, ensuring our room was spotless every day of our stay. The room was exactly as depicted in the photos - no unpleasant surprises, just a comfortable and welcoming space. Lastly, the check-in and check-out process was seamless, making our travels stress-free and easy. We can't recommend this place highly enough to anyone looking to experience the best of Rome with the comfort of a wonderful home base. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

We absolutely loved everything.

Awesome location. 2 minutes, maybe not even, from Piazza Navona. Very clean and spacious. Staff was super nice, very friendly. No noise from other rooms. Free water bottles in the mini bar, some toast, Nutella and coffee also. They were replaced every day. Good Wi-Fi. Also very close to restaurants. Would stay here next time in town for sure!

Close to bars, noise up to 4AM. The windows would cancel almost all noise, but you could hear some music until late at night. There was a rugby game, Italy vs Scotland, this weekend, which might be the cause of the noise since there is a Scottish pub in the building next to the hotel. No problem for us though. Otherwise great!

Great location and luxurious room. The rooms are right around the corner of Piazza Navona which means easy access to all central locations. Note that being right in the center means access by buses instead of metro. Bedroom was well cleaned, comfortable, good view, equipped with mini fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom/shower was great, looks very new and clean.

The blanket was quite thin, my friend and I were freezing without turning up the AC rather high - visiting in winter, that might be the problem. Also, if we had a small kettle would be nice.

Location was excellent. Central with a very short walk to the Piazza Navona and all other sights possible within walking distance. Contact with staff good and very responsive via what’s app.

Street noise from bars and restaurants. Most nights until after 2am. Then refuse collection of glass bottles started at 4am - 6am. Would of liked some more pillows.

beautiful comfortable room, in a fantastic location. the owners are very welcoming and helpful and the room is kept extremely clean. the bed is huge and very comfortable, and a good coffee machine and snacks / water each day. bathroom is luxury and overall, a very cosy, comfortable stay. would highly recommend.

it can be a little bit noisy at night as it’s above a few bars. the windows work well but there is some noise that comes through so if a light sleeper, definitely worth taking some ear plugs. it is very minor, though and should not put you off

The room was spacious and pleasant. The bathroom was also very nice. The location was wonderful right in the heart of the old city, a few steps from Piazza Navona. It was great value for money.

There are a lot of bars and restaurants right under the rooms and it was a bit noisy until late at night. The water in the shower were not very hot, and if you like a steamy shower you would be disappointed.

The Location and instructions was great and easy to find. The staff super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Shower perfect. We had an amazing view from the window. We would definitely come back again.

Nothing really. It can be a bit noisy at night as this area is full of restaurants but I wouldn’t pass on this great hotel for that as is also one of the best features.

Brilliant location. Easy Access. Fantastic contact and explanations with the stuff upon and during the stay. Clean and tide room, exactly like you can see on the pictures. Comfortable Bed ! Definitely recommend.

Room located on 4th floor, with the lift. Below the windows are plenty of bars. During night some people might find it disturbing. We closed the shutters followed by closing the eyes and sleep well.

Location is great, close to all landmarks in Rome. Plenty of restaurants surrounding the place. There is also a tabaccheria and a pharmacy right in front of the main entrance. The host was very helpful and responsive as well. Rooms are well kept as well.

The lift is very old, it works perfectly fine but good to know especially if people are claustrophobic.
