It was really great staying in this hotel,as it was in the heart of old Rome,all the historical sightseeing was close by walking The shops were every were gelato and pizzeria all night long We had a nice breakfast (liked their pastery) And I really wanna thank Roxana the receptionist She is so great ,so friendly and helpful Wish her the best

The location is great, and the stuff was wonderful. Everything is short walk distance from the hotel.

Lack of proper elevator, which was there but reached only to odd floors. That’s the only thing.

Who can complain with a hotel right next to the Trevi fountain? The staff were awesome with their recommendations and the assistance of an early morning taxi for my parents. The welcoming champagne made my parents so happy as this was their first time in Rome. We enjoyed the roof top restaurant with the views and the amazing staff. The breakfast was great and had everything you could want from eggs, Italian pastries, and etc

We loved it all

The service is excellent. The hotel contacted me before my visit and arranged airport transfers and offered to book any tours. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location was both good and bad. There are a number of good restaurants in the area but also a few tourist traps so read the reviews. There’s a really good pastry store right at the entrance which I highly recommend.

You are right around the corner from the Trevi Fountain so it’s crowded. Also makes it harder to catch a taxi or uber since they can’t always get to you and you’ll end up walking to a meeting point. The street can be very noisy, be sure to ask for a higher floor and a room in the back if you like quiet.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was very accommodating & the hotel was very clean.

The rooftop bar should be for guests

The location was excellent and in the center of the hustle and bustle of night life. Restaurants and cafes surrounded the front entrance. Close walking proximity to most attractions. Rooftop bar was great and undercover. Only the front row of tables had a view of the Trevi Fountain. The bar staff were always eager to take photos of anyone asking and were keen to give everyone an opportunity to sit up front. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was split in two as you enter the room with a step up. Staff were lovely and welcoming and always helpful. We had breakfast included which was brought to the room and was plentiful.

Access was mostly by stairs, there was 1 lift in parts of the hotel but only 2 people at a time and did not access all areas. Bathrooms should not have glossy floor tiles they were very slippery when wet. There were no signs to show where to access the rooftop bar, we almost gave up looking for it. We could hear the street noise from our room. It didn't bother us, but making a note of it for those who are light sleepers.

We really liked the location of the hotel. It is closed to most of the tourist attractions and we walked everywhere. Breakfast was also good. We recommend it for a comfortable stay in Rome.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Gabriela provided exceptional service and the hotel staff assisted with luggage which we greatly appreciated. Before our cruise, we stayed five nights and enjoyed ourselves very much. After we returned from our cruise we again stayed another two nights, in a different room. Both rooms had good space and were very clean. We look forward to returning to Rome and will definitely consider staying at Relais Fontana Di Trevi when we return. Thank you Gabriela, and your colleagues, for making our stay very memorable.

The first room we stayed in had a shower that was elevated and was very slippery. You had to be very careful stepping in and out of the shower. The mattress was past its prime, but still satisfactory. The second room we stayed in did not have these issues. Both rooms were very clean and the staff did a superb job both stays. During our first stay, the shower and mattress situation did not detract from our wonderful stay, but they were things we noted about the room.

This hotel is in a fab location and despite it being on a very busy street, the room I stayed in was quiet and I had no issues getting to sleep. The staff at this hotel are the best I've come across - they are very helpful and friendly and do a brilliant job at making you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The rooftop bar is a nice setting for breakfast if you have this included in your stay, otherwise I wouldn't recommend it in the evening for drinks - very expensive! And unless you are sat at one particular table that has the best Trevi Fountain view, you could be anywhere. As a guest, you can enjoy the lovely view during breakfast but drinks in the evening aren't worth it and there are plenty of other options nearby
