I was pleasantly surprised with the location of the property! Literally less than 2 minutes stroll to th Trevi Fountain, 10-15 mins from the Pantheon and 15 mins from a metro station connecting you all over Rome. The room itself was amazing, the bathrooms were so clean and comfortable, with the necessary toiletry requirements available. The staff were so friendly and were very helpful with our requests. Super clean, excellent location, and wonderful staff make it an amazing choice that I will definely consider next time I'm in Rome.

Nothing whatsoever. 10/10!

The staff as well as cleaning people were wonderful. The room was spaceous. It was great to have to little kitchen. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was excellent.

The bed in Botechelli 1 is really awful and needs to be replaced. The bed was very hard and had huge depression. Need new matresses. The picture on line showed a light filled room, it was dark and from across the way saw naked people in the windows. The location is like a zoo which has nothing to with the hotel and it was not worth what we paid, yes, Rome is expensive, but this was not a luxury palace. It was average, with very nice staff.

This was an Amazing Property and such a surprise for the money. When we arrived they upgraded us to a family suite, two bathrooms, large bedroom, 12'X20' Terrace, with table and chairs, kitchen with table and four chairs, refrigerator stocked with water, Coke and Beer, dishes, pots and pans and wine glasses. The Breakfast Buffet had eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced meats and cheese, bread and rolls, pastries, juices and Cappuccino or American Coffee for $5!! The location was about 200 steps from the Trevi Fountain and all the shopping and restaurants you could hope for. Best Place Ever!!!

Everything was Great!!!

Location great! 150 m from trevi fountain. in the center of everything, you can get to every place fast. close to metro and to all main things / windows in my room was to the backyard it was quite compare to location. the staff was very nice/ very good air-conditioned. in july hit necessary/ the bad was very comfortable/ the pillows thin and nice/ i had a great sleep

coffee machine didn't work/i didn't try even to talk to the staff cause we always drink outside.

The hotel was located near the Trevi Fountain and easily accessible to all the sights we wanted to see. I loved being right in the middle of everything. There were excellent restaurants up and down the street right outside the door! My husband and I were very pleased with the customer service every time we had a question or needed help. They were pleasant and took the time to explain things to us. Breakfast was consistently good and started us off on the right foot every morning. Yes, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Surprisingly for us, the elevator was a bit small and couldn't hold more than two passengers and our luggage. However, it was well-maintained, so it was clean and quiet and moved us quickly to our floor.

The room it self was very clean, also clean linen. The AC worked perfect. the mattress was very comfortable. no noise at all coming from the street.

The lobby's guest's toilet was very poor and dirty. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were with low quality. the water can of the coffee machine was not that clean.

Centrally located, with an abundance of restaurants & bars on the doorstep. It’s also only a minutes walk to The Trevi Fountain! Our room had a fabulous roof terrace, perfect for your early morning coffee or sundowners!

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about the property. My only ( small ) negative is that it could probably do with a little TLC as it’s looking a little tired in places.

Very unique hotel in a great location. Room was lovely with amazing views across Rome from the rooftop terrace. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Nothing negative to say about the hotel. The only small concern was that the air conditioning in the room could be improved - Rome was enduring a heatwave during our visit and the room was warm. This was only a very small issue though.

The location is perfect, quiet central for most of the attractions, Trevi fountain is just round the corner. The furthest attraction was Vatican which is also like 40min walk. The location is very lively and can go on till midnight. The entire front desk staff are lovely and helpful. The afternoon shift guy Andrew is amazing he starts at 2 so you cant miss him during check-in

AC is not so powerful

The convenience to all the landmarks of Rome,size and cleanliness of room. A perfect spot. A benefit is the lift to all floors of the property, especially when carrying large luggage. Breakfast was a variety of hot and cold choices, cereals, fruits and pastries. The front staff especially Lorenzo were exceptional and helpful. We would recommend this and return as a perfect location.
