The location the hotel is situated is amazing.Just 100 meters away from Fontana di Trevi. The mattresses and the pillows are super comfortable.

The breakfast is basic.It would be nice if the hotel upgrades it.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Trevi Fountain. It is easy to walk to most attractions and there are many restaurants and shops close by. We were in Rome at the end of April and it was very busy with tourists but the hotel was quiet. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace, and enjoyed the breakfast room and welcome drink on the 4th floor terrace. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

This property is steps from the Trevi Fountain. We found it easily, with a small door on the street level. The staff were very friendly. For example, when our room wasn't available the moment we checked in they kindly offered us a soft drink on the roof top bar to pass 10 minutes as they put the final touches on our room, which was a very sweet gesture. Our room was extremely clean and it had everything we needed. It was a little small and compact (as would be expected for any property so central) but they ensured we had 3 single beds as we were 3 friends travelling together. We would most defiantly recommend this property to our friends.

There was a dramatic step coming out of the bathroom which was unexpected. My friend took a very bad fall out of it one night which was alarming. Also this property is not wheelchair friendly from what I could see. There is an elevator however it is the smallest one I have ever seen. As an ambulatory wheelchair user myself I am glad I did not bring my chair as even folded I doubt it could fit inside.

Location was a small street with difficult access at the time I arrived. They charged me 65 Euros for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and 60 Euros from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle was a very nice Mercedes. A taxi would have cost 50 Euros. I did not get to eat breakfast as it was not included in the price of my stay. The terrace and bar were lovely. My balcony overlooked a small quiet street. I thought I would be staying closer to the Trevi fountain. But the location was vibrant with many restaurants and shops.

It was impossible for me to get a taxi on the small street. One desk clerk told me to go left, left, right to find a taxi stand. I couldn't find it. The next day another person told me to go right then right. I found one but no taxi would stop for me. This was rough since I was traveling alone.

The room was a single and was small (about the size of a cabin on a ship) but the storage was good so it didn't feel that small to me. It was located on the top floor which was convenient to breakfast and the lounge. There were remarks about the small elevator but I didn't find it to be a problem at all - I have a bad knee and had to take the elevator and rarely was I held up - it is fast. One of the big positives about the hotel is the staff - all very friendly and helpful. Also the location is hard to beat.

There were only three rooms on my floor so it was usually very quiet - I could however hear the plumbing from the room next door but it didn't really bother me.

The location didn't seem great for me but this is a subjective view. I prefer quieter places and it was very close to the Trevi fountain with crowds always on the street where the hotel is. We also had windows facing the street, so it was always noisy. The location is also a plus though - you can visit Trevi fountain early in the morning or late at night while it's not so busy thanks to the location of the hotel, it's just a 2 minutes walk.
