It's intense to be right near the Trevi fountaIn- maybe too intense, but that was my mistake. There are heavy throngs of tourists from 7 AM to midnight and just walking past is a challenge as there are also many sellers of trinkets. But it's nice to be near everything in walking distance. The breakfast was AMAZING for such a small and inexpensive hotel. Gorgeous display and choice of many foods and beverages and charming waitstaff. The room was fantastic - small but with very high ceilings and windows that kept out the noise. Brilliantly decorated. Nice spacious high end bathroom.

There is no elevator. There are 2 to 3 flights of steep narrow stairs. If you have any challenge with stairs, this is NOT the palace for you.IF YOU CANNOT CARRY YOUR OWN BAGS DO NOT COME HERE - my husband is very strong but it was a challenge. In theory somebody could help you but that's in theory- mostly there is one person as a reception desk between the 2 flights of stairs. It's small and homey and terrific if you aren't concerned about having multiple suitcases to get up & down in a tight space.

Great location, clean and staff were extremely helpful. We were leaving very early in the morning and the concierge organised plenty of breakfast options to take with us. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you!! Will stay again.

A little bit noisy at night but being in the hub of the Trevi Fountain it was to be expected. There are a lot of stairs to content with and were given the open to change accommodation but we said no and glad we did. We ordered the car service to collect us to take to airport very early in the morning- the driver was the worst driver we had driven with. Off and on the accelerator which made us all feel quite sick.

The location is excellent. Literally a block from Trevi Fountain. We could walk comfortably to many locations. Lots of amenities nearby. The room was very comfortable and had that old Italian charm. Steep stairs for those with mobility issues, no lift. The restaurant downstairs, Il Chianti was excellent.

The entrance is tucked away in the corner of the building/street. Google maps said we had reached our destination, but we walked past it a couple of times before we found it. Our taxi driver dropped us some distance from the hotel and just pointed, so we had to walk with our bags to find it. You have to walk through the alfresco dining area of Il Chianti to get to the entrance.

This was a fantastic find just 20 steps from the TREVI fountain. It is a lovely little hotel very clean, beautifully decorated, superkingsize bed with crisp good quality sheets, good pressure in the shower, staff very friendly and speak good English, breakfast was 7 euros extra but well worth it a great selection of sweet goods, ham cheese all you would expect for a continental breakfast and more. Don’t be put off by the entrance and the worn chair at the bottom of the staircase you won’t be disappointed when you get upstairs!

If there was a negative it was the lack of lift. There are lots of stairs to climb and they are quite narrow, so not suitable for heavy suitcases. It’s a very old building so putting a lift in isn’t possible. We had a bit of a buzz from an air conditioning unit I think was outside but this was because we slept with the window open didn’t want to put air conditioning on in our room as thought it would make a noise but to be fair we didn’t try it!

This hotel was absolutely AMAZING from the staff to the location to the wonderful restaurant downstairs! The staff were all absolutely lovely and so helpful any time we needed something. The free breakfast included quite a few options and fresh coffee that was delightful. There is a wonderful restaurant downstairs that we ate at 3 times. And the rooms were very comfortable, we experienced basically no outside noise if the windows were closed despite facing the street. The cleaning staff were also very thorough and despite our 6 night stay, the room was so clean! The hotel will also arrange an airport taxi for you which was so helpful!! AND there's also a Nasone Fountain right by the entrance, so it made getting fresh water every morning a breeze!

The walls between rooms are a bit thin, but even then it really wasn't bad at all. There are also stairs, so if you have mobility issues then please check which room types are on the 1st floor. We weren't really bothered by the stairs though, to be honest. You are right in the middle of the Trevi area, so it will be busy and there will be lots of people. But we knew that when we booked this hotel, so it didn't bother us!

The 2 bedroom deluxe apartment is very good value for money given the location! Within walking distance to all major sights in Rome with plenty of restaurant options right on your doorstep! Great for a short stay in Rome if you want to be close to everything! I will say that this is an extremely busy part of Rome, so there is a fair bit of noise and people as soon as you step out into the street - Given the Trivi fountain is literally a 30 second walk away! This also makes it almost impossible for taxis to drop you right at the entrance to the hotel during the day, instead they drop you at the end of the street and you walk down to the hotel (cobbled street) so just know that if you have lots of luggage.

A wonderful little B&B a stones throw from the Fontana di Trevi! The staff were super helpful and lovely and although our room was small and cosy it was a wonderful break from the chaos outside during a Roman summer. The breakfast served was outstanding…best quiche I’ve ever eaten and the cakes and crostata were out of this world! There were no cons for me but you should be aware that there is street noise ( bring ear plugs) it’s tucked above a restaurant, so can be hard to find, just look for the amazing water fountain…spend the extra and get a driver to the hotel..worth every euro. We were welcomed with lots of great dining and sight seeing options and always greeted with a welcome back. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the produce being delivered fresh every morning looked amazing! I will definitely stay here next time I visit Rome

Nothing really, smaller rooms than you might be used to but that’s Europe and maybe a little noisier, but come prepared with ear plugs and you will be fine!

The location was perfect, just a few steps from the Trevi Fountain and within a 10-30 minute walk to major attractions like the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and even the Colosseum. Bus stops were conveniently located on adjacent streets, and a short 5-minute walk to Tritone Street allows easy access to Bus 62 to Tiburtina railway station or Bus 85 to Termini station. The room was small but cozy and clean, making it an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in a couple of hours early since the room was available. A perfect place for a first visit to Rome!

The hotel was beautiful, tastefully decorated and very comfy bed. The rooms were cleaned every morning and well stocked with toiletries, towels etc. Even supplied slippers. Heated well and also aircon if in the summer. Breakfast was superb with a huge selection to suit most tastes and endless supply of tea and coffee. Location was amazing. Literally a 1 minute walk to the Trevi fountain! The hotel was above a restaurant which was lit with fairy lights, lovely ambience and delicious food. Lots of reasonable restaurants in the hotels location especially if you turn left out of the hotel and then first left. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even made us tea and coffee at 10pm to take to our rooms. Thank you Alvin! Would 100% recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed

Don't like to criticise as we loved the hotel but just a few things that could of helped our stay and future holidaymakers. It was very hard to find, maybe a signpost in the restaurant grounds? We stayed in room 303 which overlooked the restaurant and street so needed thicker curtains not voiles and slightly noisy room. Window didn't seem to close tight. A few steps to room but stated on their site so don't choose floor 3 if you have difficulty with steps. It was no hassle to myself and husband. Other than that......perfect!
