The hotel was beautiful, tastefully decorated and very comfy bed. The rooms were cleaned every morning and well stocked with toiletries, towels etc. Even supplied slippers. Heated well and also aircon if in the summer. Breakfast was superb with a huge selection to suit most tastes and endless supply of tea and coffee. Location was amazing. Literally a 1 minute walk to the Trevi fountain! The hotel was above a restaurant which was lit with fairy lights, lovely ambience and delicious food. Lots of reasonable restaurants in the hotels location especially if you turn left out of the hotel and then first left. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even made us tea and coffee at 10pm to take to our rooms. Thank you Alvin! Would 100% recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed

Don't like to criticise as we loved the hotel but just a few things that could of helped our stay and future holidaymakers. It was very hard to find, maybe a signpost in the restaurant grounds? We stayed in room 303 which overlooked the restaurant and street so needed thicker curtains not voiles and slightly noisy room. Window didn't seem to close tight. A few steps to room but stated on their site so don't choose floor 3 if you have difficulty with steps. It was no hassle to myself and husband. Other than that......perfect!

location was perfect for all the sights , all in walking distance , 1 minute from Trevi fountain. restaurants galore right on the doorstep. stayed in a superior room 3rd floor , nice big room , large bathroom, plenty of space. staff friendly. helpful and good continental breakfast supplied

knocked a star off because of the amount of stairs, I was aware of this and the reception helped with the cases up the stairs and down again. my husband is on the older side (83) and even though fit he did struggle , as did I

Room was spacious, modern and clean, perfect for a business stay as it was my case but I would equally stay here for leisure. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast varied with some vegan-friendly options. Extra central location, round the corner from the Trevi fountain. Excellent vibes. I was so pleased and will certainly stay here again.

Not that I didn’t like it, but good to know: no lift and plenty of stairs. Not at all a problem in my case, and clearly stated on the hotel’s description page.

We arrived at night to Trevi Beau and was met by a lovely staff member. Sorry I cannot remember her name. Room was just perfectly sized for us with everything we needed. Location was fantastic. So close to everything. Breakfast was yummy with everything I needed to start my day. Again the gentleman that took our coffee order each morning was bright and bubbly. Once again I cannot remember his name. Price was amazing for the amount of days we stayed. Would highly recommend Trevi Beau. The stairs with our luggage was a killer or so my husband says!

Given the era of the building not having a lift was hard with luggage but not a problem to walk them to our room

Location is as central as it gets. Staff and service were outstanding (the kind you expect at a 5-star hotel). We booked the suite so our toddler-aged son could have his own room and we could have our own space in the evenings. We were over the restaurant/central areas and we had no issues whatsoever with noise when the windows were closed. A/C worked really well. Space is modern and comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious in the suite. Breakfast was great and excellent value.

Hot water was a little finicky but did work. This hotel is not a good fit for someone with a physical disability due to the stairs - was tough for us but we made it work and the staff were helpful with our bags.

Room was big, clean and modern. First comfortable mattress in Italy. I think they lean a little firmer than American tastes. Location around the corner from Trevi fountain and an easy walk to sites. Be forewarned, the street the hotel is on is extremely busy all the time. Very much caters to the tourist crowd. Breakfast was also plentiful and good.

We ordered a taxi through the front desk for the airport and they were late/never showed. We grabbed a taxi from the street. Not the fault of the hotel, but I wish they had given us the number of the taxi company. There is also no elevator. Not a problem for us, but worth noting.

I travel a lot, and after my stay at Trevi B&B I can say that it is somewhere high in my preferences. The rooms are lovely (I particularly liked the high ceiling) and sparkling clean, breakfast was very good, and the staff are helpful and make you really feel welcome (plus, the communication with them was excellent, both before, and during my stay). Although Trevi B&B is in a very crowded tourist area, the windows kept the noise away and we could sleep without any problem. Be aware though, you will need to navigate through a huge crowd of people when you go in and out of the hotel, but this is something to expect, given its location. Another good thing is that the hotel is within walking distance from many important places (10 minutes to the Pantheon, 5-7 minutes to Doria Pamphilj Gallery etc) and 5 minutes away from Tritone bus station, where you have direct connections to most places (the Vatican, Villa Borghese and others). This is definitely a hotel where I will stay again when I return to Rome. Highly recommend it.

Rooms are very comfortable and well designed with a great layout and comfortable furniture. The bathroom was large and overall a very clean and well appointed room. Breakfast had some great options and the massive advantage of this hotel is its epic location. Easy walking access to all the major attractions in Rome and a metro station not too far away.

Unfortunately we could hear a lot of noise from the street and restaurant below which delayed us falling asleep. The hotel also requested we do not touch the air-conditioning settings which was fine however we were staying amidst a summer heatwave and when the room was made up, the shutters were open and the curtains drawn which really wasn’t efficient for keeping the room cool after we had shut everything to keep the heat out and maximise the air-conditioning.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is steps away from the Trevi Fountain. Which means you can go early in the morning before the crowds arrive. The rooms were lovely, and they gave my parents a quieter room which really helped so much since my dad is 77 years. Breakfast was wonderful and all staff members were really friendly. The hotel is situated within a such a wonderful area, full of shops, wonderful restaurants and nightlife. We loved every second of it. You can also easily walk to attractions like the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Spanish Steps. The metro is also not too far and with the metro you can go to Vatican City or the Colosseum. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is very central, just metres away from the Trevi Fountain. The staff are extremely helpful, the breakfast was great and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The rooms were quiet and the air conditioning was amazing in the heat. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It was fine for us, however if you are travelling with people with mobility issues, there isn’t a lift, just flights of stairs.
