Location was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. There was no breakfast with my booking.

In the Booking.com site it was mentioned that electric kettle with coffee tea making facility was included. But it was not. Also, in the booking.com site it was said that if the booking is made for the value over 650 euro, the host would provide free airport pick up and drop. No such service was available.

I see that some other visitors had breakfast - we didn't, but we didn't miss it. The location is beautiful. In the center of Rome! The owner was kind and wanted to accommodate us in every way. :)

The only downside is that there's no window in the bedroom, or more precisely, there is a window but it's a passageway from which unpleasant smells spread. -There was a water leak in the bathroom, so our towels were constantly wet. :/

The room was clean, maintained and had air conditioning if you needed it. The location of the room was absolutley excellent right around the corner from the Trevi fountain and close to the Metro which we needed only towards the end of the trip since everything is walking distance. Overall, the stay was great and accomodated our needs.

The city tax could be made clearer when booking the room.

The location was very near the Trevi Fountain. We are a family of three, so we were moved to another building, but it was also nearby. So, it was very convenient. The room had almost everything that we needed. Towels, soaps, handwash, etc. The common kitchen does not work, but you can always use the water-heating kettle. We liked it.

The kitchen was separate and outside the room, so you must keep your bottles filled for the night. We had to wait a little, but then, to reach the annex building, we went to another location. It's not an issue, but ideally, the actual address should have been informed earlier.

We had just travelled for 24 hours and had some transport mishaps along the way so we arrived exhausted. Emanuele was lovely and very understanding that I forgot about the city tax and we paid it later. He was polite and friendly and had maps and information handy. The bed was very comfortable with good quality mattress and soft pillows, everything was clean and the towels were fresh and soft. The location was incredible, there were really good restaurants and cafes literally outside the door and the Trevi Fountain was around the corner. It was perfect for my mother who had hurt her foot just before flying over as well as being very tired, she enjoyed being able to see Trevi Fountain without going too far and sitting at a cafe watching life go by. I loved that I could walk so many places from such a central location on my own. The soundproofing was good, you could hear some noise at night but it was people downstairs at cafes and restaurants enjoying the evening, not loud music. It added to the Italian feel, to hear people enjoying good food, wine and company as we went to sleep! It reminded me of family parties when I was a kid.

Unfortunately the Trevi fountain is lovely but full of tourists! The best time to go is early morning and it’s easy to do from this accomodation.

Location is perfect literally less than 2 mins away from la Fontana di Trevi. All other major attractions are within a walk-able distance. Place was clean and host was very helpful. We had a 2 hour delay in hour flight and were getting there out of normal check-in hours but he waited for us just the same.

Breakfast could have been better, as it consisted of a takeaway coffee and a plain croissant. As expected, given that the location is so perfect and it is right in the center of all the activity going on around the Trevi Fountain, room tends to get a bit noisy, nothing out of the ordinary.

The location of this bed and breakfast is excellent, right in the centre next to the Trevi fountain which means you can walk to all attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lot of space. The AC also worked really well to keep the room cool. For the price, I think this place is perfect for short stays.

It can be a bit nosy as there are many people around the Trevi Fountain, it felt more like renting an apartment than a Bed and Breakfast as there rarely was anyone around and no breakfast was offered.

it has a great location. Apartment is located just around the corner from Trevi fountain and walking distance to many other mayor attractions. the restaurants right across from property offer the best home made pizzas and home made dishes. great pasta, sea food, and breakfast. the room was also decorated with beautiful art.

because you are right in the heart of everything you might hear noice from the street below but, we didn’t mind that at all. because, we wanted to be right by the Trevi fountain and this was a perfect location

Clean, liveable and close to everything. The location is unbeatable!

While the decor / styling is a bit vintage everything was super clean and the beds were very comfortable!

Safe wasn’t a coded one and key was not provided. We had issues will the TV - no volume, not a big deal but annoying. The location address listed is a different property. Correct address should have been provided so we could be dropped off in the taxi.
