fantastic B&B, we felt so welcome, safe and comfortable the breakfast every morning was the best way to start our day with a variety of different selections served to your table and nothing was too much trouble room was clean, modern and well laid out location was fantastic, across from the palazzo Venezia and a short walk to all other attractions such as the pantheon and colosseum having a filtered water station is a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated all staff were so friendly and we felt at home - special shout out to CJ who served us breakfast on our last morning and the other young lady who I unfortunately didn’t get the name of who worked in the two mornings before him

Absolutely amazing, Peter and his wife were so kind and caring. I highly recommend, you won't regret it. I am used to 5 star hotels and wanted to try something different, close to the Romans, to live a bit like them. I will definitely come back for my next stay in Rome. Every morning and according to your tastes, Peter prepares you a perfect breakfast, knowing my love as a Frenchman for cornetto (croissant), he organized a small tasting of pistachio cornetto from 2 different places, it was just wow! A big and sincere hat tip for everything! Breakfast: 11/10, homemade, fresh and local products Mattress: 11/10, so comfy Authenticity: 11/10, beautiful and old building with a little lovely lift Location: 10/10, it takes 15 minutes to get to the Colosseum on foot

Everything was beyond my exceptions

Excellent location, with a nice view of the Vittoria monument from our room. Couple of shops and restaurants very close, and superb for easily walking to all the big attractions you’ll want to see. The rooms and breakfast room are beautifully fitted out, it’s a very high quality restoration of a lovely old building. It’s spotlessly clean, good quality linens, towels and toiletries. The staff were superb, great info, friendly and helpful and made everything really easy for us. The breakfast made by the owner, Peter, is just on another level. Beautiful artisan breads, pasties and meats all sourced with real care and prepared with pride. It’s some of the best we have ever had, and served with care, attention, and a lovely bit of info for each item about why it’s been chosen. It is a masterclass in care and skill. You’re going to love it! We certainly did. Wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Rome. Complimenti! 🇮🇹

We experienced exceptional and delightful hospitality that surpassed all our expectations. The owners were very welcoming and attentive, always ensuring everything was to our satisfaction and made us feel at home. They were always there for us, ready to help with anything and recommend charming spots in the city. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with aesthetic and clean decor. It was clear that great thought was put into the small details, making the stay pleasant and especially relaxing. The breakfast was lovely, with a wide variety of fresh and local delicacies, served with a smile and love. Every morning, it was a pleasure to start the day with flavors from the traditional Italian cuisine. We highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, inviting, and pampering place in Rome. We will surely return there in the future.

The elevator were small .

Location is excellent, allows you to reach all main objectives by foot and also to take small breaks to recharge during the day. Very friendly personal, good communication and easy reachable and ready to help. Breakfast is rich and very tasty; we went every day with the Italian style suggestions of the hosts and never regretted.

Rome a is loud city, and the nights don’t get very quiet. The sound isolation is good, but late in the night, after the deep sleep phase passed, and the party beasts are heading home (especially Friday, Saturday), you hear the street noise loud and clear. After several nights you start feeling the effects of less sleep.

Very central. Charming, friendly and helpful owner and staff. Eager to help and make stay very comfortable and find solutions. Custom and excellent breakfast.

[This comment is for travelers to Rome in general and nothing to do with hotel] There was a race the day we were checking out and we informed that traffic restrictions will be lifted around 5:30 pm but we found out from policeman on the street that it would not be until 9pm (and so not taxi to train station). so we had to go on foot/metro with all our bags in the crowd to train station and in the process my passport got stolen. just generally be careful with belongings in Rome and double check all public information.

The location was excellent- we could walk everywhere! The hotel was super clean, the facilities were perfect. The breakfast was amazing - so much choice, and they would go above and beyond to cater for any dietary requirements. Anna was so lovely, we visited for our 5 year anniversary and she got us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate. It was overall such a warm and welcoming environment and after a long day of sight seeing a perfect place to come back to and relax

The pillows are memory foam or soft feather - not our first choice preference as we prefer a medium pillow, but that is just us! The lift is very small, a buggy would fit (just!) but a double buggy would need folding up. It’s absolutely fine, but something to mention and think about if you are travelling with young kids.

Everything about this property is exceptional. The best possible location (5 min walking to Piazza Venezia and Forum on one side and Old Town with a great selection of restaurants on the other). Freshly renovated rooms, perfectly cleaned, great dinner area with coffee/ tea maker which we enjoyed a lot. The hosts, Pedro and Anna, were very welcoming. Breakfast was truly awesome, served by Pedro himself with great selection of local dishes (even home made focaccia!). We felt completely at home every minute of our stay.

Elevator is small and may not be suitable for people with disabilities. But we managed just fine with a baby stroller.

Phenomenal! Clean, well-designed, great location. Personable, professional staff. I’d just like to mention that, as an experienced travel professional, catering to a vast array of mostly high-end clientele that, even beyond the wonderful logistics and convenience of this guest house, our stay at Roma 5 Suites was exceptional! I have never encountered such passionate and professional owners who take the time to provide their guests with the ultimate in hospitality and service. Pietro and Anna are now not only cherished colleagues for my future clients and my personal stays, but kind friends who I look forward to seeing again. All was great!

My family and I loved staying here. It’s a small boutique hotel. The location is incredible. Rooms were clean, quiet, updated, spacious, and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome. The manager (and I think owner?) was incredibly nice, and would serve us all breakfast. At breakfast each morning, we received a rotating set of charcuterie, sliced fruits, and pastries, that was sort of a perfect start to the day. He would sometimes tell us interesting backstories behind the food options. To add to this, Pietro (apologies if I got the name wrong), who made our breakfast and managed the hotel, made a special point to treat our son to a toy truck and his own tiny jar of Nutella. As it was my birthday, he got me a birthday cake. We really could not be more appreciative. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
