The owner was wonderful and the breakfast she made us was great. Wish we could have had the second breakfast we paid for, but our plane was leaving in the morning. There was plenty of space for our things, as we had two rooms. The furnishings were not new, but comfortable—like staying in someone’s home. The location was very good—right on Piazza Venezia.

It was incredibly noisy, twenty four hours a day, even with the windows closed. We needed some air, so we kept them open. The monuments outside the window were brightly lit and the lights also lit up our room. It would be very nice if some type of blackout curtains or shades were installed! Luckily I use an eye mask…..

Location is incredible, so close to everything! Staff were super friendly, supportive & couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay. Room & en-suite is a great size, was grateful for the air con. Breakfast was very convenient in a cafe a couple of doors down, the staff in there were lovely! We would highly recommend & can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed breakfasts that Elena prepared for us. And a good conversation and suggestions for spending time that day. The location is in front of Venice Square, and all the attractions are within easy walking distance. The bed was great, and the design of the apartment was special in a good way

our suite was within an apartment and did not have any lock on our rooms. we had no issues but I would suggest this is a must address item. also safe in room would be nice.

Very spacious and clean rooms with an extremely homely feel. Elena is a lovely and welcoming host with with a very nicely decorated apartment and the most authentic feel in the heart of Rome. She made a delicious breakfast every morning at the time of our choosing and gave us great advice on where to go for the day. 11/10 We will be returning next time we visit Rome.

Everything about the stay was perfect. The location of the apartment is fantastic for exploring Rome, all by foot. The en-suite room was exactly what we wanted. Sheets were changed every morning. The host. Elena is brilliant. Her breakfast each morning set us up perfectly for the day - croissants, omelette, delicious cake, breads, tea/coffee were just some of the things on offer. Elena provided us with so much useful information, it really made our trip. She helped plan itineraries, point out must visit landmarks and gave us lots of laughs over the breakfast table in the morning. Thank you. Overall... If we're ever back in Rome, we'll be booking here again!

Location was perfect: very close to the Roman Forum and the Colosseum, but also at walking distance from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. My 8-year old son and I even walk to St Paul's from the B&B. Breakfast was abundant with lots of nice fresh things to choose from. It is a busy area with lots of traffic, but we hardly noticed in our room. Owner is a lovely and very attentive lady.

The location is perfect and it is a beautiful, luxurious apartment, decorated in a classic style. It was really clean and beds were comfy.

The breakfast is in another cafe so it’s not like in the other reviews. However, it was still nice - just a bit more rushed- esp if you have kids!

The location is optimal, close to all the major attractions of Rome. The room is very spacious and clean, the view is amazing, it is very quiet and relaxing. The hostess is charming and very helpful, she gave us great ideas for spending our time in the city. We had privacy. The breakfast was very good and satisfying, basic Italian food. The value for money was good and we had a very nice time there.

The location was perfect for our family. Close walk to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Trastevere and other wonderful sites. The view from our room was the Victor Emmanuel II national monument a.k.a Altar of the Fatherland.
