Staff very kind and willing to find solutions to the customer's requests. Room average size but very clean! Bathroom rather small but very clean! Bed comfort: top!

Carpet in the hallway in third floor (building 1) needs some renovation. Building 1 sign should be better illuminated. After booking, the customer should be informed which building to go for check-in.

The customer service was outstanding, staff were extremely welcoming and the food was sensational and the pool was such a nice touch especially with the heat wave going on in Rome at the moment !

The only thing that was a tiny issue I’d say was location however hotel did offer buses and services, but the pool makes up for a the location being a little far from all the main areas

Even though website stated there was an airport shuttle there was none available. The hotel arranged a vehicle for us which accommodated our group of 6. Driver was very friendly and we arrived at the airport on time.

Air conditioning wasn’t working and maintenance never showed up. My husband ended up sorting out the problem. Someone hadn’t closed the patio doors properly and air conditioner wouldn’t work. My daughters room the shower sprayed water all over the bathroom.

The Sheraton resort was beautiful! Our flight was cancelled last minute so we had to find a place quickly. This hotel didn't disappoint. The pool was great, food was delicious and staff was incredibly friendly and attentive! Highly recommend this hotel.

The queue management during check in and check out was really bad. Firstly, they need more people on weekends during peak check in / out hours. Secondly, a lady entered in front of me from nowhere although I was in line for more than 10 mins, and the staff actually preferred to attend to her rather than follow the queue. I don't think that was very respectful towards me or the 5 people behind me in the queue

The WIFI is not for free. Why don't you add some money in the cost of the room? Luckily if you book with BOOKING.COM you have complimentary wifi

From the time we arrived at the resort, the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Our rooms were excellent!. They were clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area was fantastice! Great place to relax, have a bite to eat and chill. Great location if needing to be near the airport.

it was the best ever , great room , spacious and clean, the hotel had more than we expected the outdoor was decked with umbrellas and outdoor furniture, the grill and bar service was outstanding, will definitely go again

The hotel staff were friendly and so helpful. The beds were super comfortable. The pool was a great place to relax. Our flight was cancelled and we needed a place to stay quickly. The Sheraton resort had rooms available and were very accommodating.

Location was a little difficult but well supported through a shuttle service. Wifi was excellent and the food and drink service was very good

Gym equipment (treadmills etc) were either very dated or not working. No other complaints about this hotel
