Huge spacious room, excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to check in and happy to hold bags on check out day for us to sightsee. Would recommend

While the room was spacious, and there are luxurious elements (huge bed, double shower etc), I would describe the accomodation itself as basic. That said, it was very comfortable and perfect for us.

Lots of space. Nice and clean. Loved the minibar.

Our room was not ready until 4:30 pm. So we had to hang out in the lobby. Air conditioning does not cool down the area well. And it will not be able to because the room access key turns on the electricity so when you leave the room it shuts off. When it is 100+ degrees outside, we need a cool room.

Location was excellent, very close to the Trevi Fountain, and nearly everything was in walking distance. We didn't have to deal with the staff a great deal, but when we did they were very nice and very helpful. Lovely huge room, and 2 showers in the bathroom (we had an executive suite).

The only issue we had, was that the air conditioning was two stand alone units, and not really man enough for the room size and temperatures you get in Rome ! The nights were a bit uncomfortable with the heat.

We booked a suite for 5 people. The room was large and very spacious with 2 closets and enough areas to store our luggage. There was a small dining table and enough chairs for all people in the room. There was one single bed which was a bit noisy but then we had a big king bed to make up for the lost bed. The hotel is right across trevi fountain, so lot of people around late at night but windows were well insulated, so we got our sleep well enough. Lift was old but it worked. Staff was awesome & always ready to answer anything and helped us with booking taxis too. Lots of places to eat around. We had our breakfast at McDonald's which was close by. There was A/C in the room which was really helpful as it was hot outside.

There are 2 showers, 2 washbasin, 1 toilet and they are all connected which means only 1 person can use it at a time. But it didnt really bother much.

Chiara and Martina gave us the warmest of welcomes and stays! The yard is filled with statues that makes you feel like you've walked into an Italian romcom (in a good way!). The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, all you want from a room in Rome. Moreover, the friendliness from the staff mixed with the beautiful milieu is the perfect recipe for an amazing stay in Rome. Not only that but having Fontana di Trevi only 100m away makes it easy to get around, wherever you intend to go. Situated in the heart of the city, close to the people but tucked away in a magic bed and breakfast, surrounded by the sounds and sights of ancient and modern Roma, you'll get the best out of Rome when staying at Trevi Rome Suite! It's a must stay, will definitely revisit!

Didn't find anything to be unsatisfactory.

The location is great! Just a 2 min walk to Fontana di Trevi. Very close to all the main turistic points. We walked to all of them, no need for the public transportation. But if you dont like walking, there are a lot of bus station near by on the Via del Corso,(3 min walk), which take you on every direction. The room was very nice and clean, spatious and very good natural lighted. The bed is comfortable, big enough to sleep all 3 of us (mom, dad and a 5y boy).

Being located on a restricted traffic area, we had to find parking on another public locations and if you have a lot of lugage might be unpleseant.

Amazing Boutique Hotel in the heart of Rome. Check in was smooth and easy. Really helpful and friendly staff that welcomed us with cakes and coffee. Amazing room, really comfortable bed. Room had a classic style but with a modern touch in the bathroom, which was huge, with 2 showers and 3 sinks. The entrance of the hotel leads you to a beautiful yard and the palace in itself is spectacular. The cleaning staff did a great job for the whole stay, super clean and well sanitized every day. I definitely recommend this hidden gem in the center of an amazing city.

The location was conveniently located in the Trevi Fountain area. Close enough from Trevi Fountain that we can conveniently go early in the morning when there are not too many people. The room was huge! The location was close to restaurants and souvenir shops. The staffs were amazing and friendly. They let us leave our luggage in the property after check out while we wait for our train schedule.

Nothing not to like about the property. They were great!! But be careful with the Trevi Fountain area because one of our family members got pick pocketed in one of the souvenir shops in the area.

The room was large enough for 4 of us. We were able to spread out with plenty of room. The property is walking distance away from main sites. We can see the Trevi fountain from our small balcony. Plenty of places to eat and shop, literally down stairs.

Property is a bit outdated, but had most of any hotel products.
