The spa and the rooftop terrace with the restaurant were excellent. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and the food was superb. The room was good, we had one with a balcony on the 6th floor which was very nice. The room was otherwise perfect except for the fact that the doors have absolutely no soundproofing and you could hear everything outside in the hallway. A great experience nontheless. An additional comment on the spa, for which we booked the Mayan experience. It was superb with good saunas suitable even for the demanding Finnish customer (despite there not being a possibility to throw water on the stove, which btw is available in the Domus version of the spa).

The cleaning service was a bit random and not very well organized in our view. Only one less optimal experience with the staff, otherwise perfectly fine.

We stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and loved it so much that we wanted to return this year for our 6th Anniversary, when we visited before use of the spa was free but I was disappointed to find that this year if we wanted to use then we would need to pay an additional charge The first room we have was bland and we really didn't feel like we were in a lovely hotel but we managed to swap rooms to a better styled room

I did not like the fact that although staying for 5 nights the cups were not washed daily - not that I have an issue washing my own cup but I would have thought that tea and coffee would have been restocked daily but I had to pay 3 euros when I wanted more tea - needless to say I only purchased the once ! When we stayed before we sat in the roof top bar - we stayed the same dates this year but was told the bar was not open till March - Very disappointing

definitely recommend the asian restaurant close by ! recommed the spa but 30 mins is enough. check in staff is goof with planning bookings in the city. its walking distance to a laundry so use that. its a kilometre walk tot he main Trastevere square. so not bad. good cleaning and good air condition and good comfort overall

I wish it was closer to the main action. we walked anyways 9 kilometre per day and at the night you just want to drop dead because its not too close to the bars and restaurants. there are limited next door. you need to find a place in the centre of the action. much easier to have fun then

Amazing staff, very responsive and friendly. Whatever we asked for was given to us the same evening (extra bed sheets, a plate, a knife and fork, glasses, etc.) We've used two spa options: Domus and Moon, both were awesome, would definitely book again if we stayed for longer. The tram and bus stops are right across the street. The train station is 2 tram stops away/10 min on foot. The city centre is 20 min by tram/bus. Right across the streer from the hotel there's a supermarket with dreamy breads and all the other stuff.

Not a large choice for breakfast, would be nice to have more cheeses, vegetables and fruits. We had a bidet in the room, but it was broken. We did not ask to fix it though, so maybe it could have been easily fixed.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Staff were incredibly helpful. Room was nice without being amazing. View from balcony was nice. Maya spa was out of this world. Good location, walking distance to central Trastevere. Food was decent at the restaurant. Overall, a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Rome.

Nothing to criticise.

comfortable bed, aircon, close to laundromat lots of restaurants close by. Free gym to use private spa extra cost but didn’t use market across road on a Saturday ( cheap stuff)

only by choice I chose to walk lots of places no Iron in room but wasn’t told if could request one

rooftop was amazing, great space for families - three bathrooms in the suite was a major plus! food in the restaurant was wonderful.

The bathrooms are a little dated - could use a little updating. locating was good - on the edge of Trastevere - neighborhood is charming but thought it would be more to the center of Trastevere.

The room is spacious for a family and the rooms are clean . The staff very informative and supportive and welcoming. When we requested slippers , we received them within minutes . The location is amazing too .

the room was clean and the bathroom and shower was big and very nice. the bed was quite comfy and you can adjust the heater in your room very easily. everything was very easy to find and it is close to bus stops to take you to the heart of rome or restaurants around Trastevere. staff were very friendly, accomodating and helpful. they also organised airport transfers very easily

The staff were friendly and approchable. The restaurant was quite nice.

It was disappointing that we didn't get to utilise the spa as we didn't realise there was an extra charge for this when booking and when we asked at reception we were not happy to pay the amount advertised as the spa and pool is not free
