Lovely relaxing stay in serene building in quiet Trastevere area just blocks from main road. Gracious welcome by our host’s helper Mila when we arrived later than we expected. Our room was beautiful, spacious & thoughtfully appointed. Our little fridge had water & sodas! Comfortable bed and wonderful bathroom with excellent shower. Window with shutters and we could hear the birds in the daytime! AC. Very kind hosts: Monica provided timely excellent communication with all our enquires before our arrival and during our stay. She helped us to arrange drivers to and from the airport & gave helpful transit instructions. Another highlight: breakfasts were served up on a beautiful rooftop terrace, such a great start to our days! Coffee the way we loved, whole delicious assortment of fresh fruits, and meats, prosciutto tomato & rapunzel greens platter as well as tasty biscuits, breads and pastries. I loved my croissants! She provided an excellent information sheet for wonderful places to eat and to enjoy gelato which we found perfect. This area is a great locale and it takes just a short walk to enter the hubbub of the Trastevere lively areas. And a short walk to across the bridges into central Rome. Special thanks for the thoughtful Mila who even anticipated our need for a clothes drying rack and who refreshed our room so it felt like a luxurious sanctuary at the end of our very busy days of exploration in Rome!

Nothing it was absolutely perfect.

My stay here was unbelievable! With me being a solo traveller they really did make it feel like home. The room was incredible and really comfortable and the morning breakfast was always brought with a fantastic smile! The location was absolutely perfect with everything being within walking distance. The hosts gave me a map of the city showing me the routes and best places to eat! When I come back to Rome there will be only one place I’m going to stay and it’s here! FANTASTICO!

Everything about it. The building was beautiful, loved the old elevator, the location, cozy rooms, quiet, super pleasant staff (loved Mela & Alessandro!), attentive, amazing breakfast with lots of savory & sweet options, yummy latte w/alternative options for milk (great for me since I don't drink milk), perfect location to a wonderful neighborhood of Trastevere loaded w/great stores, cafes, restaurants,...& of course ton of history-away from the hustle & bustle of the city.

This B&B is located in such a pretty neighbourhood. Away from all the busy tourist areas however, close enough to get to the sites quickly. I would highly recommend staying in Trastevere as it’s quiet and beautiful, as well as this B&B! Close to pharmacy, grocery store, bank and amazing restaurants in the most romantic cobblestone streets. Monica was amazing! Her B&B is romantic, so very clean, beds super comfortable! I have to mention the sheets as they were super great quality which made sleeping so comfortable! She provided us with amazing recommendations (especially our favourite Popi Popi!!). Breakfast was always wonderful and enjoyed chatting with Monica♥️ She also suggested using itTaxi app to get a cab when needed and this was a lifesaver! I would highly recommend staying at this B&B as it will not disappoint!!

There is nothing we did not like!

Monica our host was gracious and forgiving when we arrived close to midnight (check-in actually closes at 8pm) and when we asked if we could check out late. She gave us a map and tips on where we were situated and a route to walk, the best gelato and restaurants, and organised taxis when we needed to get to and from the airport. The capuccinos at breakfast were the bomb. It's a personal B&B, which means that if you have specific requirements like needing oat milk or wholewheat bread, Monica will do her best to assist. I loved that our accommodation was in Trastavere. It's a 20 minute walk or a taxi ride to the main attractions - Via del Costa for shopping, the Spanish steps, the Colosseum etc - but the best restaurants and gelato are a 5-10 minute walk, which makes wandering around enjoying the night life a pleasure.

The air con in our room wasn't brilliant, but the one in our kids' room blasted icy air. To be fair, we visited Rome during the hottest temperatures ever recorded in the city( 42 deg C), so while air con was a necessity for us, in any other week it would probably have been fine. The bathroom in our room was little. I didn't mind at all, but I think larger guests might struggle. If you are a larger person ask for a room with the bigger bathroom.

They have a very personal approach to welcoming guests. When I arrived I met Monica's son who showed me my room and the breakfast terrace, he gave me information and recommendations for restaurants, sites, etc. The property is in a traditional Roman apartment building on a quieter side of Trastevere, but it is within walking distance or a very short bus ride away from the more active side. The room was clean, with a bathroom that included toiletries, a nice shower and plenty of towels. The wifi worked very well. The best part is the breakfast upstairs in the beautiful terrace, it included warm toast, butter and jams, cold cuts, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea and assorted pastries.

The AC needed some maintenance.

There’s literally nothing we DIDNT love about this place. The reviews were totally on point. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in a hotel. Modern, spacious room. Quiet. Great WiFi. Perfect location in a beautiful neighborhood. Breakfast on the patio??? wow. The hosts were phenomenal and their restaurant recommendations were UNREAL. Some of the best food we had on our trip. Would stay here again AND recommend it. Thank you!!!

There’s nothing to dislike. We honestly loved it here.

The room was so well kept and felt cleaner than any of the hotels I had stayed in - spotless! It was also really quiet and the room was large with a lovely balcony. It was an easy 30- 40 minute walk to all the main sights, and the area had sweet streets full of incredible restaurants that come alive at night, just down the road. Monica was so welcoming and helpful. I loved my stay and will definitely return when I am next in Rome. I would recommend to anyone! Great for a solo traveller, too.

No complaints!

The host & staff were amazing!! The breakfast, cleanliness & prompt attention to any questions we had were addressed immediately. They allowed us to check our luggage in before we were supposed, helped with getting around the city using busses & trams. I would stay here again & strongly recommend it to any traveler visiting Rome.

It was all wonderful.

The rooms are cosy, comfortable, sparkling clean. The staff is very friendly. Location is good - public transport near or if you prefer walking - close to the Colosseum area. The day starts on the beautiful terrace with nice Italian coffee or cappuccino with a smile :-). Thanks a lot for the hospitality!
