The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Although we hadn't booked breakfast and we didn't indulge, tea, coffee and pastries were offered and available all day. The hotel is well situated for sightseeing and for transport. The room, whilst basic, was clean and comfortable and met the needs of 3 tired tourists as we were out early and back late every day. Shutters and curtains cut out busy road noise and we all slept really well.

The grouting and sealant in the shower could do with a refresh, but for the price, service and comfort compared to our expectations from a 2 star hotel in Italy, this is really nitpicking. We had a great stay.

Excellent location. We had our doubts about the safety of the area but it turned out it is very lively until late and ultimately safe.

The premise needs renovation. It is not recommended for those who want to spent a lot of time in the hotel but is ok for those who just want a place to sleep after being outside all day.

This little hotel was amazing! We had such a great stay here, everything worked perfectly, the rooms were clean and the receptionist was fantastic! They have a free coffee machine and free crossiants you can have anytime. The location was great, you can get a bus to anywhere but collesium was only a 15 min walk. Lovely restaurant just down the road to the right with the best prices we saw anywhere. Proper ice-cream is 1 store to the right and train station is an 8 min stroll. Just so you know Rome is best after 6pm!! It was so lovely outside in the hot evenings.

It was noisy in the room at night. The hotel is on a main street in hotel district and there was a live band playing nearby each night. Not a problem if you enjoy being out late at night! With children we were in but got used to the noise.

We really enjoyed the adjustable air conditioning it made our trip to Rome bearable in the hot summer heat. We also really liked the breakfast they provided which was a drink of hot chocolate or coffee and a croissant.

The only we didn’t enjoy about the property is how loud you could hear flushing from the other rooms. In the night you could hear someone flush the toilet really loudly but besides that there was nothing wrong.

The staff was very accommodating. As soon as we got there, the gentlemen at the front gave us lots of tips on how to get around, where to, main attractions, etc. He was great to work with.

The room we got was decent sized. There was a small separate room and then the bedroom. The bathroom was very tightly spaced and up a high step so it was awkward getting up there and out. The shower was very tight, could be updated a bit. If the bathroom was better updated, the room would be great.

Place was very clean and quiet. Beds and towels excellent. Air conditioning was a G-dsend. Zachariah who works at hotel is a sweet , angelic, very helpful man. It's worth reaching out to him. It will make your day. Great location but navigating entry first time is a bit challenging. It's located on 3rd floor

Rooms small. Breakfast offering was one prepackaged, tasteless, crunchless croissant . Maybe I'm not acclimated but it seems overpriced.

An excellent location for guests who appreciate not luxury, but the ability to be mobile on a trip. Friendly and helpful staff. Very helpful staff. Special thanks to Mirko. He helped solve many issues. I also liked the fact that after check out we were able to leave our luggage and quietly walk around the city. Then we returned to the hotel and took our luggage. The luggage was under review.

Unfortunately, the only thing that upset me was the plumbing. The shower worked, but the watering can was no longer in very good condition. For a while, I was embarrassed by small mold spots in the shower and chipped tiles when leaving the bathroom. I hope the hotel management will consider and find a way to eliminate these unpleasant little things. But overall, I would definitely recommend staying here. Since the attitude and efforts of the hotel staff cover these little unpleasant memories.

The hotel was in Termini and in a historical building. Termini best location for Rome because very close Colosseum, Vittoriano, Trevi Fountain etc. about 10 minutes by walking. Our room had one double bed that is comfortable and clean. We stayed at the end of august. The room was hot and the air conditioner was not good... The bathroom and towels were very clean. We liked especially hotel staff. He was very helpful. Thank you for all

the room was stuffy and air conditioner was not good

The staff are super friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. The location is amazing!

The only downside was the breakfast which is just a small cafeteria with machine coffee and croissants not the breakfast that I was expecting. Except from that everything was amazing!

Very pleasant place, clean and comfortable, perfect location near metro and buses, super friendly and helpful staff :) Coffee machine and little croissants available all the time was really nice addition. Huge plus also for allowing to store the luggage after check out.

Shower doors wasn’t working so water was all over the bathroom, fridge in the room was dirty
