Everything was perfect! The location is ideal, 3 min from metro Reppublica, 15 min by fear from Termini station. However, Via Nazionale is a central wide street where you can feel safe. Near 20 min by feet you can find both Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The patio of apartments is very lovely! The apartment itself is rather spacious for two people, very clean, everything is in good condition. There is a common kitchen with kettle, tea, microwave and other things. We didn’t hear any noise neither from the street nor from the neighbors. Aparts staff are very polite and kind people, helped us to find the apartment and gave some useful advices. Highly recommend and of course would like to visit it again, thank you :)

Minor interruptions in hot water supply, but it’s just a tiny minus

The hotel room is comfortable and clean. Since the room are in the last floor of a building not facing the street, the room was also very quiet.

I liked almost everything about the hotel, but the breakfast. The breakfast is available as a box of fixed pastries. After the second day, I could not eat anymore the same thing over and over again. This is a point to improve for sure.

Everything was perfect: localion (20 min walking to Piazza Venezia and the Forums, 5 min to Palazzo Massimo, 3-4 min to the metro station, 10-12 min to the train station Termini), kindest staff, very clean and quiet room (gest house is located on a busy street with many cafes and shops but rooms are to the courtyard or a small side street). There is a common area with refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee, tea and sweet snacks, cozy Christmas decoration. I had to stay one more night due to flight cancellation, they were so kind to let me stay in another room, I could left my laggage at the reception and visit Palazzo Massimo until my room was ready.

Location is good, 12' walking from the train station, 10' to Colosseum, 20' to Trevi fountain. Area is safe. The room was clean, with wooden floor, essential but functional furniture, sufficiently large bathroom. Young and friendly personnel.

The bed mattress was not the best: it seemed to be a bit smashed to one side. Online checkin procedure is a bit cumbersome (uploading of IDs + picture with ID). Reception time is limited.

The location was very convenient. Close to the train and metro station. It's easy to get to all main sights, either walking or with public transport. The accommodation was lovely, very pleasant and clean. Chiara and the other staff there were excellent. So happy to help with anything we needed. Would stay there again.

The guest house is very well located within walking distance from the Termini station, and super close to the Republica subway station. Very nice building that has several different guest houses so you might get a little lost, no signs that really attracts your attention at the door. You have to look for the building number. Room was good and comfortable. Enough for one night.

I tried contacting the property a few times via Booking to change the reservation from 3 to 2 people and no one replied. Tried calling as well and when I chose English as the language for the call, no one would pick up or it would drop. As we arrived, we spoke to them and they told us we chose a triple bedroom, therefore, the price would be the same for 2 or 3 people...

Τhe breakfast was simple ,tasty and fulfilled our expectations. The staff were very polite and helpful .The room was small and very clean .The room is very near to central train station and metro and about 1km-1,5Km to many of the main sights of Rome.

The people working there are amazing, thank you all so much. Great space for 3 people, nice and quiet for sleeping, comfortable bed, very secure, great location to walk to lots of great stuff

The pillows were not super comfortable but it's a small complaint :) the fish downstairs needs a friend! 🙂

Quiet room in the heart of Rome (near Repubblica metro/Termini). Staff was super friendly and helpful (especially in helping us to find Covid testing to return to USA). Room had a small seating area with teas/mugs, etc and bathroom offered soaps/bidet. The wood floor and seating fabric in the seating area had some wear to them but still functional. Even though on Via Nationale our room faced an inner courtyard so no traffic noise. Plenty of heat to keep the room warm in the winter. Breakfast was provided at a cafe one block from the BnB and that staff was super friendly as well. Had cholce of American breakfast, croissant & ham/cheese sandwich and pancakes (with coffee/cappuccino). The cost and quiet space, and great staff - would recommend to others. I would return here for the value/staff/quiet location.

A little wear in furnishings but it didn't detract from our stay here. BnB is on the 5th floor but does have a beam me up Scotty elevator (for 2 people) so is doable for many. The 5th floor wasn't an issue for us. Since it is in a large building there are many door buzzers for the tenants. We had a tough time finding the buzzer for the place (left side of door) initially. However, once we found the buzzer, a staff member came down to greet us and show us how to access all doors.

The exceptional staff, the lovely building, the unit itself and its proximity to Termini. Fantastic value and plan to rebook for a short trip next month.

Nothing. For first-timers in Rome, it isn’t the best to be able to walk to all sites (eg Vatican) but there is a very close Metro stop.
