The room was large with a large bathroom, and a mini fridge with snacks (for a fee). The closet was big with plenty of hangers and ample storage space, which was fantastic. The bathroom included a bathtub and was very nice. There was a very large tv. The heating was not able to be turned off even when they tried to shut it off from the front desk after we asked, and it would not go below 25 degrees in the room, so it was uncomfortably hot. They said it was cause it was still in winter season but even with the thermostat programmed off and set to 22 degrees the heater in the bathroom was on continuously even after they tried to correct this when we asked at the front desk. We would have slept with the window open and in fact tried to leave it open most of the day to combat the heat issue but at night it was very noisy from the street and proximity to the football field where there were several events during out stay so unfortunately that wasn't an option. They did try to fix the problem though. The hotel has an extremely well equipped gym with free water and apples, it has several exercise machines and sets of weights and mats which was perfect! The location is good, a few minutes walk from the main part of town, and right across from the bus station which can be both a plus and a minus depending on the time of day. Overall very well situated however! The staff are excellent and very friendly. Each person I encountered was helpful and kind, and it made for a very nice stay!

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. Excellent service by everyone working in the hotel. Special thanks to Mario at the reception desk who’s professional conduct was absolutely at the top level. The world needs more people like you. After a long day I arrived at the hotel approximately around 10pm driving from Perugia. The valet parking at the hotel was completely booked and Mario took the matter in his hands and found a solution for the parking, took me to the room and simply said all I wanted to do is make your experience as good as possible, I saw you are stressed and knew I needed to do something to help. Thank you Mario. As far as hotel amenities the hotel is perfect and very new. Exceptionally clean. Absolutely the best breakfast in three weeks of staying in different hotels in Italy. Location is on point and 5 min walk to everything you need to see. Highly recommended.

The location in Siena was ideal, with only a short walk from the hotel to the Campo. The lobby area was very elegant and the staff were extremely nice and helped with any requests with a smile which was much appreciated. Breakfast was also very good and nicely presented.

The rooms were rather tired, and the air-conditioning wasn't working which meant we needed to open a window. However, being opposite a major bus stop meant that there was a lot of noise. We needed that air conditioning - hence the score of 8 instead of 9.

Very nice and clean hotel, the location was perfect, very close walk to the centre. If u like to bike you have ride options that are given to you. A great way to explore Tuscany. The breakfast was good, and they had a small section for gluten free.

The air conditioner in our room was not great and it was 38 degrees outside, that was difficult. And some staff at the desk were not as helpful as others.

We liked the location and the room amenities. And that it was the home of a great Romanian, George Enescu for some years.

We do not liked that there is no restaurant or bar available in the evening so the guests should go outside the hotel. Luckily there are two good places just in front of the hotel and a lot of them in Sienna. Not so nice when it's rain :( We do not like the staff attitude. The papers in the front of them seems to be more important than the guests. We had to wait long minutes until the receptionists willing to notice our presence in the front of the receptions. And we was four pretty high persons, impossible to miss them

I loved my stay at this city hotel! The staff was so helpful, and the location was perfect. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Great value for money!

However, both for my room and my friend's room, we did experience a minor issue with the air-conditioning. It wasn't working properly, so I would recommend checking it out.

Hotel premises are neat, clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. It is located at a perfect location to explore the beautiful city of Siena, with easy access to local transport, taxis and walking distance to the historic center. Rooms are well lit with great ventilation system. The elaborate breakfast was a treat to enjoy.

The location was awesome, very close to the main piazzas and shopping.

The bed was very uncomfortable, could feel every spring while you slept. And the room is advertised as having AC control. But it was not not working. We could not leave our windows open because of the the rain so the room was very stuffy. They should let you know they don’t turn on the AC until certain times of the year.

Felt luxurious and was in a super location, very close to the centre of the beautiful town of Siena. The room was large and the beds were really comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was super.

We paid extra for 2 balcony room however the doors to both balconies were broken so we weren’t able to use them.

The hotel is lovely and the staff very friendly and welcoming. our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable!! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would recommend it to all.

We would have loved to have a teapot or small cappuccino machine in our room. We were there in February, the weather was misty, and a cup of something hot would have been a delight!
