This was lovely clean hotel with very helpful staff. We were in Siena to see the Palio and it was an easy 10 minute walk into the city. The breakfast was the usual buffet style and was perfectly adequate for our needs. There is an outside area to eat in the sunshine. We arrived by train and made the mistake of walking to the hotel in very warm weather. It was a bit of a 'challenge' with large bags ;-). We later realised that there is a bus from the station to the terminus 5 minutes from the hotel. There appears to be plenty of on-street parking around the hotel. The room we had was on the first floor and had a small balcony with a table and chairs over looking a park opposite.I would recommend the hotel and would return when I am next in Siena

The bathroom was a bit on the small size.

The location is excellent, you can easily walk to the city center in 10 minutes. Parking is really rasyonel, there are many free parking lots right in front of the hotel. Check-in was super easy and the staff was very helpful. She helped us by introducing the highlights of the city and recommending restaurants. The room was well decorated, clean, and big enough. I can definitely recommend.

There was an elevator next to our room and the sound was sometimes annoying. We couldn’t find the remote controller in the room, I am not sure if there is one. But these are only tiny details.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There is free parking in the frontal street (have patience finding a spot) and you have a pleasant 8min walk to the Center district. There is a beautiful garden at the back of the villa, where you can enjoy breakfast and drinks. Our best impression due, is through the host/staff Paulo. He is such a friendly guy who helped us with guidance and recommendations. We felt like we are in good hands.

Nothing really. Only negative if l had to find one would be that it was a little out of town. No restaurants close by. But in saying that , it was only a 15 min walk so not really an issue

Having arrived from a very busy Rome as soon as we stepped inside La Villa we felt we could rest and breathe. We visited the town but also took much needed rest in the beautiful garden . La Villa is in a wonderful position, far enough away to feel quiet but close enough to visit the sights . La Villa provides an excellent breakfast. It is a hotel of quality and high standards. We loved it.

As someone else mentioned the pillows were very hard!

This hotel is excellent! We have booked a standard room and they upgraded us to a junior suite for free. You feel like it was an old villa where a pretty big family stayed there. Room was clean and the temperature inside was excellent after a very hot day in the streets of Siena. The staff was very polite and helpful with everything. Breakfast had a good variety and it was very tasty. You could sit in the back garden and drink your coffee, eat your croissant and feel like you are in 1800s. The Villa is around 10 minutes on foot from the old city center! Ideal location for it to be quiet but also near the main attractions!

La Villa is the perfect place to experience Siena. The hotel is beautiful and the small garden in the back where we had delicious breakfast was just amazing. The rooms were comfortable and air conditioning was working perfectly. There was an elevator so there was no problem to take the luggage to the upper floor. A lot of parking spaces in front of the hotel. It was very close to the city center, just a short walk through beautiful and quiet neighberhood. The Personnel was very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay and hope to return.

Whilst we were in Siena in an Italian heatwave the air con wasn't really big enough for the entire room and so didn't really cool down as much as hoped...

Hotel staff were all very nice, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and very well appointed. The bathroom was big, with a walk-in shower. Room had air conditioning which was a must have. Really nice breakfast which could be taken inside or out. Hotel was a 10 minute walk to restaurants and 30 minutes BA from the sights. Highly recommended.

Friendly and Helpful Staff. Good Breakfast with excellent Italian coffee. Daily cleaning service. Plenty of car Parking outside of the Hotel and 10 minute away on foot from city center (where you cannot reach by car and/or park there). Ideal for people with a rental who want to go on daily trips to nearby towns, villages or attractions.
