The rooms were very clean, the fridge was nicely stocked for our arrival. The bed was very comfortable! We really appreciated the shuttle bus up and down from the house! The location was great, we had a nice view of the hills and the sun going down behind them

Our stay at Eterea was so comfortable, the room was big and very clean. The hot tub was amazing! Peppoen was brilliant, very accommodating and friendly. He was always on hand for any questions we had and was a great help. In the room, there was a fridge stocked with complimentary water/juice and some light snacks. The view was also fabulous. There was a free shuttle bus on hand to take us down to the town and back home which was a great touch. We can’t fault our stay here, they even left a wine and chocolates for us to celebrate our honeymoon. We would recommend this place to everyone.

The host Peppone was wonderful and very helpful. The apartment was very nice and clean with a terrace overlooking the mountains. Transportation to Sorrento was very convenient (property provides shuttle bus to the city). We had a washing machine which was a huge help. The bed was comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful attitude. We recommend.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. They were going the extra mile every time to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The location is an adventure as you can't reach the property by car and you have to take shuttles which makes it even more fun! The location is close to everything. The suite is cozy and the spa is a nice bonus! The view is amazing. Hint, there's a pool coming up!

Dogs barking all night. Not during daytime. So if you're a light sleeper, not good. The pictures make it look like there's a terrace but it's only for the top suite. It's a private terrace. The sofa bed is twin, not full. Wine glasses would be a nice touch.

Peppone was the most brilliant host. He really looked after me (I have some mobility issues), far beyond his actual job, and was available on whats app constantly, to answer questions and be helpful. My stay would have not worked without him. The location is uphill (very steep in one case for a short amount of time) and relatively traffic free, so perfect for me. I did walk down once. The aircon worked well, and it was clean. They made a bed up downstairs to make it easier for me. Loads of fresh lemons available. 😀

There was nothing I didn't like. There was a slight amount of damp in my ground floor room but this wasn't a problem, just unsightful.

The private terrace with sun loungers and jacuzzi with a beautiful sea view over looking Sorrento was stunning! The room had a small fridge which was kept well stocked with water, juice, milk etc and there was a complimentary continental breakfast. There was also a kettle and coffee machine. The bed was large and very comfortable , and the room was kept spotlessly clean. The room was around a 10-15 minute walk from Sorrento up a hill which is very narrow, however there is a free shuttle bus which takes you back and to. You need to book this but it’s a really quick message to Peppone and it’s all arranged and there within minutes. Peppone is very friendly and an excellent host, he kept in touch throughout our stay and he really looked after us!

The quiet tucked away area makes for peaceful mornings and serene evening. With a beautiful view of the sunset to boot and a super comfy bed. Peppone is also one of the BEST hosts you could ever find. He was communicative and friendly and sent along a bunch of super helpful area information a day before our stay. He went above and beyond when we needed extra assistance due to unexpected illness and the provided shuttle to and from Sorrento was a big plus. We like to walk when we travel and gladly walked downtown in the mornings but after being out on the town all day, knowing a shuttle is just a text away is a welcomed luxury. If you’re on the fence, it’s worth it!

Our host Peppone has done a great job here. He has laid on all you will need and set up a superb service. The rooms are immaculate, cleaned every day, fresh towels and supplies restocked daily too. But the best thing is how he looks after you exceptionally well from arrival to departure. What a host! Personally we loved the location, slightly outside town, quiet, with a shuttle service for most of the day; it suited us very well. And the ride is fun! Peppone also has a tour service, so make sure you ask in advance for his recommendations, we wished we had.

Loved our stay in the Junior Suite with Sea View. It's located in a very quiet part of town. We relied on the shuttle get back and forth to the property. The view from the private deck was lovely and the hot tub was a bonus. We appreciated the snacks and breakfast items, along with a mini fridge and coffee making supplies. We utilized the washing machine a few times. Peppone was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this property for stays in Sorrento. If you are looking for a unique experience, stay at Eterea Charming Suites!

Nothing. Everything was fabulous!

The place was nestled among a ton of lemon trees in a quiet and peaceful setting perched up above the city. You cannot drive to this place, but the walk was easy for us. It took 10 minutes to get to the start of the main town and about 15 minutes back (30 minutes if you are deep into the town), but Peppone offers a shuttle service, which we gladly used on days we were beat from walking all day. The service was incredible. My partner got a little sickness the first day so Peppone let us check in early and picked us up since he could not walk while being sick. Peppone also helped us get to our bus early in the morning, which would have been too hard with luggage and cobble stone, that far. This place was so beautiful and nice to be out of the hustle and bustle for a little bit. The service is incredible. Highly recommend. We will be back! The private hot tub was wonderful after a long day of walking or first thing in the morning with coffee.

Everything was great, except you could hear the people upstairs quite a bit, however it was not a problem for us. They were not loud early in the morning or late at night, which would have been the only thing that bothered us so we were fine!
