This hotel is amazing! From the moment you walk through the gates you’re surrounded by beautiful landscaping in the garden and pool area, which continues to the characterful decor inside the villa. Our room was comfortable and quiet with lovely views of the pool. Because it’s not a large hotel it never seemed busy, and the atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing. The staff were all so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The choice at breakfast is great, and all of the food and drinks were delicious. The location is good, being a short walk from a few restaurants as well as the train station. It’s also easy to walk into Sorrento from the hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely return!

This hotel is a haven of peaceful calm. A beautiful entrance along a driveway surrounded by tropical trees and plants leads to the charming whitewashed villa and marble steps to the reception. Where you are greeted by friendly helpful staff, no fuss being shown to our room and all the information about the hotel delivered with a smile. Lovely large room and shower room luxuriously decorated. The pool area is fabulous, very clean and warm pool, and lots of sunbeds and seating around the bar area where a few Aperol Spritzes were enjoyed! Breakfast is a must here, a fantastic selection of homemade frittata, torta, pastries, eggs, bacon and fruits and cheeses…delicious! All the staff are friendly and helpful, it is a small boutique hotel and it is personal service. Everyone at Villa Savarese should be very proud of creating wonderful holidays for their guests.

A beautiful boutique sanctuary. The villa is located a nice distance away from the crowds of Sorrento but still within a 25 min walk. There were also a few gorgeous restaurants within a few minutes walk of the villa. Definitely try Coku and Marinella at the end of the road. The receptionists were always so helpful with suggestions of restaurants and calling for reservations for us. The staff are all exceptional. We loved spending our days by the beautiful pool surrounded by lemon and orange trees. The barman was most obliging and really friendly. I loved my aperol and lemoncello spritzs a bit too much! Our bedroom in the garden area was gorgeous. Really spacious and comfortable. The shower was powerful and a constant supply of hot water.

To find one thing I could be critical of was that maybe the bed sheets didn't feel the most luxurious or comfortable. A bit starchy, esp compared to the high standards of everything else! Perhaps providing a bottle of water for each guest daily when the rooms are serviced would be appreciated.

Lovely quiet location away from all the noise, very clean and tidy, breakfast buffet was lovely with changes each day. The bedroom was a great size as was the bathroom and the aircon worked perfectly. The pool was in great condition and lovely to be surrounded by lemon trees. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful ordering us taxis. Amazing for a 3 star hotel.

The toilet required a few pushes/pumps to flush, not a huge problem but would be good to check. The doorbell could be quite loud in the reception area which late at night could wake us up, maybe a quiet bell from 11pm would fix this? But neither of these things negatively affected our stay.

Front staff were very friendly and helpful with great suggestions for what to visit in Sorrento. Lovely grounds and a nice pool that means the hustle and bustle of Sorrento is left behind in opulent surroundings.

Our room was presumably one of the smaller of the Superior Double rooms. Perhaps this should be downgraded on the site? The buzzer or intercom for the front gate woke us up each time it went off at the front desk....suggest this might be upgraded to a different system to allow better sleep! A room on the second floor might also help! Four nights' parking fees soon add up...suggest a small discount for people staying longer than a night or two?

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. Peaceful and well maintained with a stunning garden boasting a pool and orange and lemon trees. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and even arranged a takeaway breakfast on our journey back to the airport due to the early departure. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed the freshly baked cakes and espresso. The hotel is close to the train station where you can easily travel along the coast to Naples, Pompeii etc. I enjoyed visiting Sorrento but much preferred the tranquility of Sant Agnello and this stunning location.

Not sure if there are any rooms to accommodate families. Would like to return with our children

Without a doubt it’s the most fabulous Villa to stay in when visiting Sorrento, Sant’Agnello itself is a beautiful typical Italian coastal town and it is just a 20 min walk to Sorrento downtown. The Villa is stunning, well preserved, the restoration neatly done with taste and deep sense of architectural-historical respect. Maria’s “piccola colazione” typical Italian gourmet breakfast its from another world, simply delicious. Melinda from the front-desk was really kind and super helpful recommending us the best places to go to for really great meals. Will love to come back as soon as we can, really a great place to stay at.

The property was amazing, the staff were superb they couldn’t do enough for you. We loved being by the pool and chilling throughout the day then going out of an evening and going to the local restaurants. The Villa was beautifully decorated and we enjoyed having breakfast in the morning with the stunning surroundings.

The only niggle we had was the noise. The bedroom was lovely but we could hear everything that was going on around the Villa being woken up early in the morning with people leaving rooms, people walking up the stairs, people chatting in reception etc. We were in room 7, and it almost sounded like the people in room 8 were coming into our room as it was nearby and we could hear everything. So I think if there is a way of better sound proofing for the rooms then I would mark it too 10.

The property was absolutely stunning from the minute the white gates opened we knew it was going to be beautiful. The pool area was so relaxing. We ended up cancelling some of our activities just to spend more time by our pool as it was so quiet and peaceful. The little touches like turn down our beds in the evenings and leave a biscuits on our pillows just made it even better. It’s the little things. The reception staff were extremely friendly and nothing was an issue. We enjoyed our morning cappuccinos with breakfast from the friendly breakfast host and limoncello spritz from the guy at the pool bar every day. Probably a little too much of these. Thank you for making our stay the best. Beautiful memories forever.

The breakfast was really good and it looked like it is made with local ingredients and recipes. It was nice that every day there was something different on the table. Very nice atmosphere! The area around the garden and the pool is beautiful and inside the villa it is really cozy! Polite and friendly staff!

There was a high humidity in one of the rooms (the one which was in the garden area) and from time to time in the morning one could hear the passing motorcycles/cars from the street behind the hotel.
