The hotel is new, it is clean and the breakfast is very good, they offer a variety of options to eat and drink. Thank you for everything!

We knew the Hotel was 20 minutes away from the Center by walking and that was okay for us, but we didn't know there is not enough footpath to walk safety from the Hotel to the Center. The cars, specially the motorcycles drive crazy here. You need to be very careful

Right in the heart of a beautiful area of Sorrento, recently refurbished, Hotel Isabella is a find for those seeking rest and relaxation as well as an excellent room work space, expansive lobby and the most superb breakfast and poolside lunch I have experienced during my travels throughout Italy in the last four years. Staff were exceptional, efficient, warm and welcoming. Highly recommend whether you’re there for work, or travelling to experience the Sorrentine peninsula of this beautiful part of Italy‘s South. Lovely hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially the morning breakfast crew. Beds lovely and comfortable. 10 mins walk to Sant' Agnello train station (closest one to the hotel) and 5 mins walk to local shop. I'd recommend staying here.

I've read that the hotel is far from town with no footpaths on the way. The hotel is about 20 mins walk from Sorrento Square. Its not very far. Also there's footpaths all the way apart from a very small stretch of no more than 50 metres. Certainly not something to put you off staying here.

Amazing hotel and great facilities! It was the staff for us though, absolutely fantastic, so attentive and welcoming! Helped us get around the coast best way possible and were there for all our needs. The two ladies at breakfast remembered we like drinking cappuccinos in the morning and would automatically bring us some without even asking. Fresh towels and bed made every single day. Bear in mind the walk to the port is at least 25 mins but the views along the way are worth it!

Didn’t bother us too much but the walls are indeed quite thin and we could hear our neighbours, might be disruptive if you struggle with your sleep.

The staff were incredible - so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was so clean and comfortable - pool was great, also really clean. Breakfast buffet was really good - freshly made Italian coffee to complement it.

Unfortunately, as per some of the other reviews, the air conditioning unit is quite loud and intrusive and the walls are really thin. We were kept awake by the neighbouring room’s television to the point where I resorted to ear plugs. You can even hear a text message bleep from the next room.

The location is so great, it's really close to the beach and around a 15-20-ish minute walk into the town. I would advise using a taxi if you are unsteady on your feet as the road is narrow and pavements can be quite sporadic. The room was clean and comfortable, the AC worked great and breakfast was always really nice and plentiful. The pool is also really nice and perfect for an afternoon swim :)

The soundproofing isn't amazing but it really didn't bother us too much!

So clean, fridge in the room for waters/drinks. Loved the pool area - quiet enough that you didn’t have to race to put a towel down but excellent for that one day where you just want a rest and relax by the pool. The bar staff came out to take drink/food orders, pure bliss! The lady in charge of breakfast was fantastic! She remembered our coffee order every morning and was just so accommodating. The hotel provided us with complimentary prosecco as it was our honeymoon! All the staff were so friendly and helpful in fact, they couldn’t do enough for you! Highly recommend this hotel!

The first morning we came down for breakfast, the place was absolutely full! It seems very busy at 7 in the morning for people doing day trips. However the other two mornings there were perfect. I would recommend going down for breakfast about 7.45/8 as the rush has calmed down. We got the 8.45 ferry to Capri the first morning and time wise it was absolutely perfect. Had breakfast in the hotel at 7.20 or so and walked down to the port afterwards.

Breakfast was excellent for the price range. There’s a decent beach club within a 5 minute walk. Streets were quiet around the property.

It’s a 20 minute walk from the ferry but it’s flat and not that bad because you’re in a quiet location. It also means you are in walking distance to the next town over from Sorrento which has better local food.

The property as well as the staff were really lovely. They tried their best to help us in any way they could and I loved the property. Would definitely come back

The location was a bit farther from the centre, so keep that in mind if you plan to walk everywhere but it’s a nice location and there’s a taxi rank right in front of the hotel.

Amazing stay. The room was really comfortable and cleaning etc. was done properly. The room was air conditioned and almost everything was amazing. Breakfast was very good and room service for food was there too.

Nothing to dislike really but the location is a bit far from Sorrento city center. The walk is for almost 20 mins.
