Pamela met us at the dock and proceeded to give us information about our room, the town and how best to get around. Her information was very helpful. She also gave us her phone number and encouraged us to reach out with any questions. When we asked for some help, she was very prompt and helpful with her answers. The rooms of this B&B are exceptional. They are beautiful with exceptional attention to detail to ensure a wonderful stay. The rooms are large and airy with a lovely bathroom and incredible view. Pamela leaves an amazing array of food for the stay including a daily delivered, freshly baked cake which she cooks herself. She happily makes gluten free cakes as well. Her cakes are the best I've tasted. This B&B far outshines any other B&B stay I've had!

We loved the quiet location near the harbor and all the fantastic homemade treats the host brought by every day. The kitchen facilities were wonderful to fix a quick meal. She had food for sandwiches, snacks, juices and plenty of water. I've never seen such generous options. The view was amazing! We had one small issue with electricity and she was there in 10 minutes. I can't wait to return!

It was a little walk to restaurants in town but being March some of the eateries nearby had limited hours. Summer stays would be PERFECT!

The view and setting are exceptional, but the host goes out of her way to make the stay extraordinary. I posted on my social media that I had died and gone to accommodation heaven over this one. It was the first place we stayed on our month long trip to Italy and it set a bar that no other accommodation could match. A freshly baked treat every day, super clean, a stocked pantry and gorgeous decor in keeping with the theme of the area. The host was so available to help with anything we needed with a quick response text. Did not want to do this review as I do not want to share this secret gem.

Surriento Suites was exceptional. Pamela, the manager and owner, will treat you like royalty. She has thought of everything. A full breakfast selection is in your room and restocked when you run out. I will book here again for our next trip in two years. The view of the ocean is spectacular. The location is close to the port for day trips, and close to the lift for easy trips up to town or the train station. Pamela will answer all your questions and she goes above and beyond to ensure you have a excellent stay.

There is a lot of construction going on in the building. The noise starts at 8 am and ends around 5 pm. It was not a problem for us as we did a lot of day trips. Although it is not optimal, we would not let it stop us from booking again.

Every single thing. Location was great with a beautiful sea view. The ferry is only 5 minutes away. Hosts were amazing. Room cleaned and stocked every day. We stayed at Surriento Suites for our honeymoon. We were so happy we chose to stay here. The entire experience was amazing. We were given delicious Italian snacks, fridge full of yogurt (restocked everyday), cheese, and meat. Pamela baked us cake everyday. The cakes was ridiculously delicious. The effort the hosts put into the suites are unbelievable. We cannot say enough good things. Surriento Suites was our first accommodation in italy and it was the most memorable place we stayed our entire trip. We still talk about how amazing this place was and hoping to be there again. Our honeymoon here will never be forgotten. We hope we can thank Pamela in person next time we visit. We recommend Surriento Suites to anyone and everyone.

The property is in a fantastic location- Marina Piccola - around the corner in a nice quiet street. The lift is very close by which was fantastic to get up and down to main shopping area in the heat. Our host Pamela was exceptional!! She goes over and beyond, is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble! Did I mention she also bakes the most exquisite cakes each day for her guests! These cakes are so amazing, she could open a cake shop!! She welcomed us to our junior suite with an amazing array of breakfast items, we were truly blown away with her incredible hospitality. I thoroughly recommend staying here, to be honest this was a real gem to have found, and I will stay here again. Thank you Pamela, for making our stay so memorable!!

Pamela our hostess was off the charts!! So welcoming and delightful, made us feel very welcome! Spoiler alert, she would bring us a "cake of the day" which were amazing! She took us through the entire place and explained how things worked and where to find things. The welcome Limoncello (homemade!!) and fresh fruit, FANTASTIC well stocked fridge with meats and cheeses was sooo nice! The location was fabulous and plenty of restaurants nearby if you didn't want to go up the hill into town, but we did anyway! There was nothing I didn't like about our stay and I would definitely stay again!

Nothing, maybe a comfy chair in the main area, but really everything was fabulous!

Pamela was a great host. Very helpful with suggestions and advice from the moment we made our booking. Always communicating and ready to answer any questions we had. The apartment is in a great location right near Marina Piccolo with excellent views and close to bars and restaurants with easy access to the main area of Sorrento via a lift or stairs. The apartment is beautifully decorated in the style of the Amalfi coast with everything you need for an amazing stay. Breakfast supplies were in abundance catering for all tastes and appetites. Everyday on our return to the apartment Pamela had freshly baked the most amazing delicious Italian cakes and pastries for us. We had a wonderful time staying at this B&B and it rates as one of our most memorable stays during our trip around Italy. Thank you to Pamela and her partner for thinking of everything to make our stay amazing. We would love to come back and stay again.

Excellent is the only word that comes to mind - for everything! The location was great down from the hustle and bustle of the town. Just a few minutes' walk to get on the ferry to go to Capri, about a 10-minute walk to the lift to go into town. The room was precious in decor and comfort. The host, Pamela, knows how to take care of her guests - from meeting us and taking us to the room, to covering all instructions, to delivering a different fresh dessert every single day. The room was stocked with a plethora of fruits, coffees and tea, juices, crackers, cookies, meat/cheeses - just about anything you would want for a breakfast in your own room. She was prompt to answer questions, and just a truly delightful individual.

Difficult question - workers were working on remodeling upper stories and so they were a bit loud during day - but then again, we were not around much during that time.

We stayed here 17th to 20th April 2024. Prior to our arrival, responses from our wonderful host, Pamela, were swift. She even arranged our transfer from Naples Airport. She was there to great us on arrival. She was so welcoming, friendly and attentive. She catered for everything we needed, and more. So much knowledge and information about what we could do to make our trip enjoyable. Our room was perfect. We had a fabulous view of the harbour and our own little beach right outside the door. It was such a peaceful and relaxing location. The attention to detail was amazing. The room had everything, sandwich maker, coffee machine, kettle, waffle maker and milk frother for cappuccinos. Fresh breads, cereals and fruit bowl. There was a fridge fully stocked with meats, cheese, yoghurts and milk. Every option was available. We felt completely spoiled. And to top all that off, we were treated to fresh home baked treats every evening on our return. It all contributed to making it a very special and memorable trip for us. We chose this accommodation based on the amazing reviews we read. Believe me, those reviews are true and accurate and even then, it still exceeded our expectations and we were sorry that we couldn't stay longer. We felt the location was perfect, right down near the harbour, away from the hustle and bustle, spending the late evenings sitting by the open window, watching the world go by, being serenaded by the sound of the waves while we sipped on local wine and feasting on Pamela's luscious home baked traditional cakes and treats. It was still quite central though. Only a 5 minute walk along the pedestrian way led us to a lift which brings you to central Sorrento Town, so quick and easy. We can't wait to go back.
