The location was very convenient close to transport links city centre and an exceptional selection of restaurants. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate with a selection of cereals fruit sweet pastries and cakes, No hot food apart from boiled eggs. The room was floor, had a large double bed which made the room cramped. No carpet on the floor which meant there was noise from the rooms above, below and to the side. It was also very dark with limited storage facilities for clothes etc. Bathroom was very nice with plenty of space. However the shower needed attention. The shower head needed replacing and the shower door was difficult to close.

There was no food service apart from breakfast. The hotel was noisy with squeaking doors which could be heard all over the building and the lift also made quite a lot of noise.

For 7 eur each per day we took the breakfast and it was very worth it. A lot of options for all kind of tastes. The staff was incredibly kind with us at the whole time! We noticed it’s a neighborhood full of restaurants and bars, but we went in a special Italian holiday which the area was a bit empty. The city center is easily reachable by trottinete (6min) or 20min walking.

Good value for money, good facilities, clean and quiet room, safe location with nice mix of bars and cafes on the door stop. Professional and friendly staff. A very good experience which matched what was described by the hotel on booking.

A small thing but air conditioning was a little weak but the room wasn't too affected by this (and I didn't mention to the staff so may have been a way to resolve I didn't see)

Breakfast was great, coffee was lovely. The food quality was great. The room was huge and very nice. The location was close enough to the train station and all the main transport.

Couldn't figure out how to switch the shower from rain shower to normal shower mode for a while, but managed it eventually. Which was a bit annoying and the base of the shower was damaged, but other wise great room.

The hotel has many things done well: (1) the interior of the hotel, and particularly of the rooms is very nice. The building is old but in good shape. We really enjoyed staying in a such historical house. (2) breakfast was good, with a wide variety of choices, and excellent coffee. (3) the personnel, check-in/check-out, as well as short-term storage of our bags are remarkably good! (4) the location was very convenient for us since it is just next to the train station of Turin Porto Nuovo, and within a walkable distance from the city's center.

Had a room with a window out onto an inner court. Very quiet at night & lovely breeze kept room cool. Ideal location for visiting city. All major sites within walking distance. Very professional staff

Guests should be reminded that smoking on the balcony is not permitted. luckily this wasn’t a problem for us but might have been.

Charming room with courtyard view, comfy bed, kettle and desk. Excellent and helpful staff. Good breakfast (excellent coffee) in pretty room with outlook. Funky area with bars, supermarkets near big park and station and easy walk to centre.

A few things didn't work - water often not hot, drain problematic, foreign language TV not available as advertised.

The room was very spacious. It was very quiet at night. The location is maybe a bit away from the centre but it is very close to the train station and there is a lot of restaurants/cafeteria in the neighbourhood. I also like the style of the hotel especially the renovated lift :)

There could be more power outlets in our room as nowadays we travel with more mobile phones, laptops etc.

Excellent personell and location, good breakfast and cleanliness was great. The sound proof balcony doors was useful, thin walls between the rooms on the upper floor, so bring your headset if an light sleeper. However, value for the money.

The room was spacious and very clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. The location is very nice: close to Porta NOva Train station, the historical center, Valentino park, and restaurants. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
