Great location and style of the property (blend of modern with historic building); good and safe underground parking, even had sockets to plug in a battery maintainer. Staff very helpful to navigate entering and exiting the car park, they even cleaned the windscreen prior to our departure, which was much appreciated.

Explanation how to get to the fitness room should be more clear; not all the lifts give access to the part of the building where the room is located. Furthermore, management may consider to lift the restriction in number of users/access cards (still present from covid period).

The hotel it is in a historical location, it is very nice and it is very close to the Egizio Museum and other museums. The family room was very nice and large, with a separate bed for the kid. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and tasty, with many kinds of food, and it’s friendly kids to ( no gluten, or no lactose, or normal , in a very healthy variety). The hotel have a underground parking, which is not free of charge, but is necessary because the hotel is located in the city center. In the courtyard it is a garden, used to take the breakfast or the dinner, or to drink something to the bar ( depending the hour).

Everything was perfect.

The staff were friendly, competent and efficient. We were able to check in early, even though we hadn't requested this. Since we had a suite there was plenty of space and a sofa to relax on. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice. Being located in the centre of the city all the famous squares, historic cafés and the river were within easy walking distance.

The controls for the shower over the bath were unusual and needed a few minutes of study and experimentation to get the water temperature and water flow as desired. However this was not a major issue. It just needed a bit of patience.

The hotel is in a fantastic location on a quiet piazza just a few minutes from the main thoroughfare and close to all the principle cultural sites such as the Palazzo Reale. Located in a heritage building, the interior has a contemporary design. My room was of good size and very comfortable. There was a great breakfast and there was great casual dining available in a smallish bar. The staff throughout the property were very professional, friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I did not like - to me the price of the accommodation seemed to be on the expensive side.

This was the third time we have stayed at this hotel. The staff are friendly and polite, the rooms well appointed, clean and comfortable. The beds and linen always ensure a comfortable nights sleep and even though the hotel is located in a busy area it is quiet. The hotel met our specific request for a room overlooking the piazza and as always the breakfast was amazing!

There's not much to not like, However we didn't bring our dogs this time - at €35 per dog per night its a bit pricey! Also if you're planning on parking you should book in advance, check the cost and also check the height restrictions. There is a public car park located close by which is cheaper than the hotel!

The hotel is very central and in a beautiful building. The staff were friendly and the rooms were nicely decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. The breakfast had many options and was served by polite staff in a nice area. The hotel bar and restaurant were also excellent.

We had a fire alarm go off at the 4:30am one night. I was luckily a false alarm but, of course, meant everyone having to evacuate. The staff were very good about it however and we received a one night discount which was very welcome. The false alarm was apparently caused by a smoking guest so there was nothing the staff could have done about it.

This hotel is the real treasure. Everything was brilliant. I would rather say this is not just a hotel, but the real experience. Personal was extremely attentive and welcoming. We really enjoyed our room and view from the balcony to the inside yard. The breakfast was amazing: huge choice of sweet and salty fresh products (mushrooms in cream cooked in the oven were particularly good), fresh orange juice and bubbles together with great Italian coffee. Didn't have a chance to try restaurant and bar in the evening, but went upstairs for the roof top with a view in the morning - that was great. On top of that the hotel is very well located, close to the center by foot or public transport, a lot of cool bars and restaurants are nearby. When we are in Torino next time - we will definitely go back to this hotel!

Helpful and polite staff in a smashing historic hotel in the centre, lovely room, with excellent views. Breakfast superb with a massive choice of all kinds of food. Very impressed on the whole, had an excellent stay.

Room warm so needed windows open which left it noisy on a night due to bars and restaurants across the road and there always seemed to be some vehicle going by with a siren blazing! Got used to it though.

Wonderful breakfast, I wish you could just check in with your room card though. Our view of the piazza was fantastic, and many things were within walking distance.

I felt a little uncomfortable when I was asked my room # and while being watched while my husband and I ate breakfast. The room was lovely, the toilet did need some repair as it was a bit wobbly, and you couldn't lower the AC.

the pillows are not good quality pillows and quilt is too lightweight . The quilt and sheet are tucked under the mattress so when you get into bed the sheets r in a mess :( one has to tuck in the sheets in place . everything in this hotel was perfect accept the bed but I am fussy with bedding . I suggest two hard pillows and 2 feather pillows so everyone will have a good choice of pillow to choose from .
