The apartment was very central and extremely clean. The kitchen was outfitted with the basics, including a dishwasher, and electric stove/oven. Dishwashing costs extra, so make sure you read the fine print on the counter. We had a complimentary bowl of fresh fruit and bottled water. The elevator/parking lot was super convenient. We parked the car for three days and walked the city. The parking is extra but well-priced in comparison to Torino's private lots. The attic rooms do run a bit warm, but you have full control of the temperature. The hotel in in the city ZTL limited traffic zone and coming into the city between the hours of 7am and 10:30am will incur a fine. Plan accordingly if you are driving. The hotel does offer a laundry service but only on weekdays and it takes a day. If you need laundry during the weekend, drop it off at Lavasecco Tintoria Arcobaleno on Via Mazzini. Super nice folks with a quick turnaround.

The room doesn't have a safe, so we took our valuables with us each time. If you have a laptop or similar, there is nowhere to keep it locked up.

The location for Residenza Dell' Opera is excellent, very central and an easy 18 minute walk to the Porta Nuova station. On arrival, we first were "upgraded" to a one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor facing the street. It was an unusually warm autumn day, and the room was stuffy and warm without any air conditioning, just a fan. If we opened the windows, we'd get loud street noise. We were able to get reassigned to room 205, a one bedroom right near the reception, facing the back courtyard. Excellent room — spacious, clean, nicely decorated. Good shower and bathroom. The kitchenette was perfect for making coffee and breakfast. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the peaceful back of building view, looking out to neighboring balconies and the church next door.

It should be noted that while the amenities listed on Booking.com include air conditioning, not all rooms have it. As days are increasingly warmer, each room should have air conditioning, especially since opening windows means increasing the street noise (cars, motorcycles, people talking) on this busy center street near restaurants and bars. Also, while I was initially worried the caffè next door would be noisy into the night with live music and chatty diners, it luckily stopped around 23:00. For someone who goes to bed early (not me), the noise may have been an issue. Rooms can be dark, but again, it's in the historic center with narrow streets.

Location is just great - everything is very close. Very comfortable stay - big living room, excellent bed, full-size bath. Fully equipped kitchen with normal size fridge (!), dish-washer(!!) and full-size induction cooktop (!!!) - I wish I had more time here and try to cook something Italian. Stuff is gentle and keen to details - it was a pleasure to chat.

Checkin/checkout has to be performed in very specific time slots. There is a "online" check-in service available, still - for the full check-in process - you have to agree with the stuff about the time. In combination with train delays - it made me a little nervous but at the end everything was great.

Cute, large apartment in a central area close to the walking district. Great soundproofing, which is good because the area is a bit noisy. However, when we closed the windows, we didn't hear much at all.

-The parking was really complicated. You have to check in first, and then they give you the code to enter. So you have to find street parking in front of the hotel, which has construction on one end of the street. To park, we had to back up on a one-way street and park in the lot half a block away. -The bed was very firm and not comfortable for side sleepers.

Location, location, location... just perfect. The Mole Antonelliana tower acts as a perfect signpost to get you home. Apartment was very clean, well appointed and airy. Sara and Rosalba were very helpful. Any issues were quickly resolved. Kitchen was a godsend. So nice to have breakfast or just a coffee without having to go anywhere.

Noise at night from Bistrot below... music stopped around 11pm, but staff cleaning was noisy. Always dead quiet by midnight.

The staff are amazing, the location exceptional, the parking really easy and roomy for our large car. The only issue for us was the actual room we were assigned. It was a deluxe double and large but not very practical. It felt small because of the tiny ensuite and sloping ceiling. The two large sofas were so large they were uncomfortable so we ended out sitting on the bed so for such a large room it ended out feeling quite small. However it was very quiet as it wasn't facing the street.

The room could have been better laid out with more practical furnishings. The towel holder in the bathroom was really insubstantial and there was nowhere to put anything in the bathroom.

Staff wasvery nice. Upgraded me to an apartment. Location was good for the sights and walkable from.the train station. And if you go towards mole Antonella you will find some great restaurants in this student area. I liked the Thai food place.

A bit noisy with city garbage pickup at.midnight and Friday night Street party. Towels are a bit thin and the tub has a hand shower with no curtain so need to be careful to not get water everywhere. Bathroom was large so should have a regular shower.

Very convenient location in the center of the city, clean and spacious apartment with a separate kitchen, fast internet connection, good heating, good soundproofing (4th floor apartment).

Living room needs to be more functional (couple of armchairs, coffee table, TV). Lighting needs improvement as the apartment can be quite dark (extra lighting fixtures). Apartment could use a washing machine / dryer and an oven. Even though we didn’t need it as we came in November, an AC unit would really be necessary for the summer.

It was a room in a grand residence very close to all the main piazzas and Porto Nuova station was 15 minutes easy walk. The room was spacious and there was enough hanging space. The bathroom had an ample supply of towels and was immaculate. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who supplied us with an annotated map and plenty of enthusiasm for the city of Turino. Although right in the middle of a busy street, there was excellent security and our room had windows and shutters for fresh air or insulation from noise.

Spotless and great location. Parking is excellent - but there are fewer spaces than rooms, so do need to arrange in advance.

We had booked a room but when we arrived we were advised that we'd been upgraded to an apartment. Sounds great, but when we went to bed we realized the implication - the apartments do not have air conditioning. Since the front desk had long since gone home, it was too late to ask to be "downgraded"! No great shakes since it did cool down during the night - but if this had happened a week or two earlier it would have been very problematic.
