The room was very clean and spacious, beds very comfortable. Kettle and small fridge in the room. The rooms are located in an old flat which was nicely redecorated and converted into separate rooms. We stayed in one room and shared common area (with coffee machine and fridge) with other visitors. Everything looks nice and new in the room. Bathroom was very clean with good shower. Wi-fi was working well. Location is excellent, 3 minutes to St Marks and 7 minutes to Rialto. It was hard to find at first but we managed with navigation

There was no balcony anywhere within the room or the common area which was contrary to the description on Booking as it advertises the room with balcony. If you think that the kitchen in the common area will provide you with facilities to make yourself an easy breakfast or a simple meal (like salad) then you are mistaken. There are hardly any plates available, not even a knife to cut fruit. No cooking facilities at all - only microwave and a coffee machine. the host was not easy to communicate with. Spoke little English and did not even reply to my text message. But he did let us check in an hour early which was nice.

Love the location of this property. It was very central. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed, good bed linen. There was a handy little fridge and kettle in room too. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean with plenty of towels. Owner very kindly provided coffee which was pods and illy machine, very good and some dishes, fridge, microwave etc. In communal area. Fantastic service.

Having read other reviews on trying to find property I would have to say I agree that it is difficult to find but that's more to do with getting used to venetian streets than anything else. Da Cherubino restaurant is a good landmark and accommodation is literally 2 SECOND walk down alleyway beside restaurant and name is on small placque on wall. Alternatively ring owner who helped us out immediately. Would only say that a bit more furniture in room might be nice (luggage rack, extra chair and table) but that's just an observation not a criticism. We thoroughly enjoy this property. Thank you again.

The best location in Venice for a 1st timer! It is almost on the San Marco Piazza and very close to Rialto Bridge too Cosy and warm inside The shared kitchen space was very helpful to do self catering when needed Even when we arrived very early, about 9h00 the Owner let us in and we could leave our suitcases there until we could get the room even early too by 11h00 - many thanks!!

The property was very clean on arrival and cleaned each day for us. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room for a property in Venice too. Bathroom and shower were a good size also. Would definitely stay again. Was also nice to have facilities in the room such as a small fridge and kettle with tea and coffee.

Only minor issue was the shower door didn’t shut properly so would leak out into the bathroom floor. Other than that no issues at all.

Excelent location downtown Venice, between San Marco plaza and Rialto bridge. Surprisingly roomy for the European standards. Renovated and spotless clean, room with a good taste for decorations. Very pleasant interior.

Somehow hard to find. When entering the address in Google, it shows the right side of Samarco plaza, but in fact is on left side, close to Rialto bridge. We searched with the help of a couple of locals who weren't either able to locate it. The entrance is a bit scary on the stairs directly from the street, but is fine and the apartment is great

Location was great and bed was very comfortable. Lovely new bathroom and looks recently refurbed. Best to shut window as soon as you get there as we had so many mosquitoes and couldnt work out where they were coming from even after closing the window. Amazing location just a few minutes from St Mark's Square. Tip if you are coming from train/bus station, take the water bus round to San Marco. Dont do what we did and hump our cases across Venice!

Quite difficult to find at first! The entrance in and the stairwell was quite tatty but the room was lovely. We were told to double lock the main door when we got in night but the key didnt work from the inside.

Very clean and modern accommodation, tastefully decorated. Bathroom good if a little small. Staff were helpful. Great location.

This is not the property's fault but Google Maps directed us to the wrong address. Be sure to enter the street address into Google Maps, not "Casa Venier" as that will direct you to somewhere else, and there are many bridges between the two over which you may need to drag your luggage!!

Our stay here was so wonderful! We are two adults + one dog, and this place was perfect. Comfortable bed, great shower, and a shared kitchen with utensils and crockery so that we could spend a night in, plus coffee and tea available. The apartment is less than 5 minutes from San Marco Piazza, the main gondola locations, and plenty of shopping. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Venice.

The host waited for us until around 9pm and helped us finding the place because we were a little lost. The location is great and the apartament was very clean.

There is a set of stairs as soon as you enter the property which we werent aware of. Important to take it into consideration if you are travelling with elder people
