No teaspoon and a very chipped mug, was a little unacceptable really! Only one sugar sachet I’m a twin room, and no coffee. Our room door didn’t lock properly from the inside I’m sure what we paid for two nights could have covered the cost of those little essentials!

Great location and very friendly staff. The room itself was cosy.

A layer of paint would do the room well, also a plastic bottle had been missed in a corner which made me wonder how thoroughly they cleaned.

Great location, very close to the city center. The room was big, the bed was comfortable. A bit expensive but I suppose those are the prices for Venice in general.

There was a blood stain on one of the pillows. The manager changed the pillow, thank you. There was also a strange thing hanging from the ceiling- like a dirty sock. It is probably covering something related to ventilation, but I would recommend to find a better solution. It was a bit cold during the night.

I really dont understand the bad reviews I’ve read about this hotel. Everything was so clean, the whole place smells nice, the receptionist was really nice to us as well. Of course, the hotel is not the newest so it’s not aestethically 100% perfect but I think for the price it is much better than expected. Also the bathroom was really nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Windows were soundproof (it’s convenient since the hotel is in the absolute center). We had a really nice and comfortable stay. Thank you so much.

This room is very good and clean but it's very expensive.

It's very expensive for one day.

Location is great , the rooms are warm and well furnished and decorated, good and big bathroom, and a lot of places to eat and go grocerry shop nearby.

No breakfast and no even glasses was provided to make a tea. Tea bags were not available, Cleaners forgot to clean the cups and take waya the waste. Linen were not all clean.

Superb location really near St. Mark’s square and Rialto bridge. Quiet and cosy inside, overlooking lovely square with shops and cafes all around. Easy access, rooms cleaned every day, very spacious and well equipped.

No tea, coffee or milk in room - however there was a kettle and mini fridge. Rooms were cold when we arrived but warmed up very quickly with heating.

Location fantastic . Close to water bus stop and St Marks square. We were messaged photo directions to show where to go from Rialto water bus stop. Google maps had it as well. Call number on door and they will let you in. Very cheap for location. Staff helpful. Clean, good air con.

No elevator but not expected for the price. Very small sign at entrance .

We had the two bedroom space for just my wife and I so, we didn't have any issues with the comfort level. The beds were comfortable. The design is heartwarming. The windows opened on a square where we did some great people watching. Breakfast downstairs was excellent. The location was great. We never had more than a short walk to get to everything we wanted to see. It's also right next to a water taxi if you need to go longer distances. I will stay here next time I visit for sure.

I like the location of the property. Also, it was very spacious.

Just a small thing lol the tv remove was not working, probably the battery was not good anymore. Other than that, there was an episode where the water supply stopped and I wanted to shower (but it came back after a couple of minutes)
