The location is amazing. Hard to beat. We arrvied on water shuttle and it was an easy 4 minute walk. Getting anywhere from this location was a breeze. Staff are incredibly helpful and always happy to see you. They really look after you. The room is huge, totally great.

The walls in the room are paper thin. Literally paper thin. You can hear everything and everyone can hear you.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, steps away from San Marco’ square and Rialto bridge. Rooms are cozy and the well arranged. The staff was very helpful and kind. the price extremely reasonable considering the facilities and the location.

The desk and breakfast staff were so welcoming and efficient. Harley was working the front desk and was incredibly helpful when we needed urgent assistance to retrieve medicine jammed in the safe. The young gentleman in the dining room, sorry I do not recall your name, always greeted us with a smile and made the best cappuccino for our breakfasts. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay in s great area on our first trip to Venice!

The lock in the front door on the San Luca wing was kind of finicky.

Although the room was in an annex this was not a problem. Had a canal right outside the bedroom window, watched the gondolas pass by sometimes they had singers and musicians on board. I had lots of people waving at me as l watched from the window. The hotel was a short distance from the annex, we had breakfast both days we were there. It was an extra cost which l thought was a bit mean as we had paid quite a lot for the room. No problems with the food, there was so much and everything was good quality. The staff all spoken English which was a bonus and they were all helpful and very polite. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel was a short walk to Saint Marks Square, we had lots of choices for lunch and evening meal. So many shops so much choice. Coffee shop just down from the hotel, excellent coffee and cakes.

Having to pay extra for breakfast otherwise everything was great

Everything - the hotel is spacy and nice, situated in the middle of Venice making it easy to get to every location. Breakfasts are great and staff made my day from the initial conversation before arrival - they literally tried to make every effort to make this a happy stay. Huge huge huge thank you to all the check in staff and restaurant staff - you are wonderful 😊 We've got a limited mobility equipped room, which was a rare find in ant city - and that was really useful! The conditioner is adjusted or switched off with the reception staff

It is not about things i don't like, rather an addition - now the Luca hotel is closed, and we had to go ahead for like 10-15 m to the next building and enter hotel Bella Venezia on the other side of the same street - might be a bit confusing even with the signs all around)) yet the Bella hotel is gorgeous, so you'll love it! From Tronchetto/train station you can take the 75min vaporetto to Rialto (this time costs 7,5 eu per person), and go by foot from there. And Venice is a go-by-foot city,just keep this in mind )))

Great location in between the Rialto Bridge and San Marco’s square. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially April.

The shower head had water coming out of all directions and the shower door didn’t close all the way so the bathroom got soaked every time we tried to shower. Also the walls were very thin so we struggled sleeping due to other noisy guests late at night.

i went with much expectations, cause i know some hotels in this price category could disappoint. Oh boy was i wrong. we arrived very late before midnight and very easy to check in. Staff is super friendly and very helpfull. You can take free water and coffee and breakfast is really nice. I really can recommend this hotel. If i would come back to Venice, i would definitely pick this 1 again. Thx for everything 👍
