Fantastic shower, comfortable bed, nice staff, brilliant location, good sound proofed windows, sweet pictures painted on the walls which gave a nice charm to an otherwise uninteresting room.

We were two people. The room was a three bedded room but too small for three people. The cupboard was tiny we had to use the third bed for our clothes. There was only one useable socket. I would say its not really suitable for three unless you have no luggage and are only using it to sleep in. Also a bit of a struggle getting a large suitcase into the building as the front door opens directly into the staircase.

We loved the location of the hotel, so many great places to eat nearby including the restaurant below. Fresh towels were provided on request, everything was clean and lovely when we arrived. Our room had some beautiful artwork painted onto the walls which really made it a unique place to stay.

The staff who I spoke to via WhatsApp were very kind and straight forward. The restaurant downstairs is nice for a less expensive meal. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. The check in process was easy also!

The bed felt like it was on a bit of a slope but other than that, no complaints.

I stayed with my partner in the double room on the front of the hotel, which faces towards the square. The room was comfortable for a five day trip. Staff were super friendly and check in process was simple and accomodating. Also we were able to leave our bags in the sister Hotel Iris before and after our stay. We found the location a huge plus, convenient access to food and drink just downstairs, easily walking to various districts-- and also with a grocery store just around the corner.

Beware that on weekends the party (and noise) can last all night! It was also a bit of a minus not to have a hot water kettle, otherwise everything met our standard.

The actual location, S. Margarita. And perfectly satisfied by the restaurant downstairs. A thank you from the tall Dane with his long hair and his loud friend for the nice suppers, go to the restaurant staff!

The weather... a lot of rain!

Excellent location surrounded by restaurants and cafes, great view from front of hotel looking out over square. Shutters if you want to sleep late. Comfortable bed and pillows. Ceiling fan was nice to have.

Great location, efficient contact with the owner - he speaks English very well, the room was clean, but tiny. Towels can be changed every day.

The only drawback was the high price for such conditions, but unfortunately Venice is expensive. In any case, I recommend it.

The hotel had a very good location - inside Venice. The staff were very nice and responded very quickly. The room was small but cute and cozy. Overall I think for the price it is a very good choice.

The piazza in front of the room was a bit noisy but still it wasn't a big problem for us.

The location is perfect. At the island, adorable square. Easy to find. The host communicate by whatsapp. Room was clean, small as we expected.

In room there was less daily light. Dim light. Window view - backyard. We don't find TV remote control, but TV was working wery good.

Great location and nice staff.

Mattress had a spring poking out, very uncomfortable. Mosquito screens could be added to windows. Room was smaller than it appeared in the pictures.
