Very friendly staff. Helped with arranging for a porter to transport luggages to the train station. Quiet and dark room. Classic renovated room. Good toiletries provided. Room was clean. Bed comfy. Air conditioning is cold. Great location for food with many restaurants around. Provided drinks in the mini fridge at a reasonable price: 1euro for 500ml of mineral water. Good room size for 2pax.

Not accessible by public ferries. Need to cross 4 bridges from the train station. Difficult to reach with large luggages. Porter service to carry luggage for you one way costs 25euros. Air conditioner slightly loud. Supermarket not nearby.

We had a small room on the 2nd floor facing a courtyard with trees, very quiet, very clean, with good air-conditioning and very comfortable bed. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast to start the day with. Ideal location close to the train station and San Tomà Vaporetto stop on Canal Grande.

We originally booked Locanda Gaffaro but ended up staying in Malcanton (same building and affiliated). Our room was lovely and large, as was the bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities very good. Staff were really friendly, Breakfast was delicious (homemade cake) and location was very central - 15 minutes to train station and 15 minutes to tourist attractions. Would 100% stay again or recommend.

Wonderful quiet location, but so close to so much! All the major attractions within reasonable walking distance. Easy to find, very helpful and friendly lady on reception. Well stocked mini fridge and good sized bathroom. Room cleaned daily. Fabulous base to explore the fascinating city of Venice - we couldn’t believe our luck!

The bed was a little firm for me, but that’s just a personal thing!

I like this place, good location - no far from city centre (30 min walking) and near railway station and bus stop. All necessary you will find in the room. The Administrator made for us checked-in earlier.

It not depend from the hotel - it is in generally high humidity of the city, so do not wash the clothes, because it will not dry

Close to all amenities, transport , cleanliness, friendliness. Lovely staff , the lady on reception went absolutely above and beyond to help with sourcing emergency dental care for me , got me sorted within one hour of landing in venice .. that's what u call service..Thankyou x

Nice hotel in a good location 10 min walking from the station, but also in walking distance to the main attractions of Venice. Calm area. the check-in went smoothly and we could leave our bags after checkout to enjoy a bit more the city without worrying about our stuff. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Toilet seat was a bit broken and should be replaced as well as the toilet brush.. but bathroom was clean overall.

The location of the hotel is great, close to the touristy places, but also quiet as it is not in the busiest area. The hosts were great. The room was a bit dated, but a great value for money! AC, shower, and all facilities work great, and the bed was very comfortable.

Very friendly reception! Felt like visiting someone's house. The room is exactly like the photos. It's not super spacious, but you have the comfy beds, TV, kettle and fridge. Washroom was clean as well. There's a small courtyard below to hangout. It's located near the main bus station.

The rooms did felt small. And a reminder that although it's not far from the main bus station, be prepared to carry your luggages through the bridges.

Really nice location if you wanna be in Venice without feeling swamped and overwhelmed by all the other tourists. Nice short walk from the bus station. Lovely green marble floors
