Lovely room, nice interior decor; 5 minutes away from st Marks piazza; delicious breakfast although choices were limited to scrambled eggs, cereals, jam. Breakfast was basic but so tasty! And the coffee was excellent! This hotel has room service to bring breakfast to you so if too tired to get up in the morning let the reception know. You'll get a small bottle of water each day. Clean towels available daily. There is a small fridge in the room, kettle and some tea bags and sugar. I like those little gestures from a hotel. Overall very nice place to stay. Quiet if your room is facing backyard. AC working without faults. Really liked this place.

More choices for breakfast for those staying longer, but that is only a suggestion.

We really liked this place. Since it's Venice, everything is pretty close to everything, but this place is very close to some watertaxis that take you to the train station. The hotel is in 2 parts, we stayed in the back part of the hotel, and you indeed need to bring with you some earplugs cause it is noisy early in the morning from the back of the restaurants. But all in all it was really nice. No elevator but that wasn't a problem for us.

I would recommend to add some kind of way of locking the door in the room. Even though it's automatically locked when you close the door, it feels better if there was a way to bolt the door.

Location and staff( Francesco )in the front desk,he is awesome ! Always ready to assist you,extremely kind and very helpful. Aside from the small shower, everything else about the hotel was enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintain The location was very convenient.

I reserved what they call “the anexo” property ( didn’t know that when I made the reservation ) but it is a room in another building behind the main hotel. Our mayor issue was shower which was surprisingly small, we barely fit in there, it was difficult to move freely while showering Also the sink with no storage space was very uncomfortable.

This hotel is located at walking distance from the Piazza San Marco and the Pazzio Ducale. It’s a very small hotel with adjacent apartments just next to the main office. My quadruple room was actually two very spacious rooms with all the upgrades and amenities necessary. For a family of four it was perfect.

The only thing that annoyed me was that I asked the front desk guy if he could extend me the courtesy to let me check out at 12:00 noon instead of 11AM and he said no! Meanwhile there was no one waiting for the room! It was a prickly move on his part! He was a nice guy but I think he needs a little more sensibility.

This is our second stay in this hotel. Nothing much has changed, which is a good thing. The location is PERFECT! The staff is helpful, online check-in is a great addition, and the room is comfortable and large enough. Room design is modern. Everything is clean. Highly recommend this hotel. There are always new towels. There is a boiling water machine in the room with tea and coffee.

The room outside is a bit noisy, even during the night. Also, the breakfast selection is not very high and diverse, but there is just enough for everyone, so there were no problems for us there. Also, since the breakfast area is smaller, you have to specify the time range when you want to eat. Bou you also have the option of free breakfast room service so this isn't a problem at all.

You step out onto a street with restaurants and shops and St Mark's Square is literally a few minutes walk and yet inside the hotel was nice and quiet. It is a direct walk to the main waterbus down a little street opposite. We had a warn welcome and the room was impressive. Everything was new and very clean. Great shower,  bed was comfortable and air conditioning makes a big difference. Little fridge with water. Plenty of sockets, USB point and a few toiletries. It even had a large TV with Netflix etc. We enjoyed breakfast. Great stay and would definitely stay again. 

Notably, there is no lift but the guy helped with luggage. We were a couple of floors up. 

Great location. One could argue that it’s too good even (too close to St. Marc’s Square -> too many people around). Not too noisy though compared to the central location. It is not the newest building, but they take the most out of it. It is a simple hotel, don’t expect too much but you will have everything you need. It was great for me for the one night I spent in Venice. I would not have spent there more, but in general, in my opinion, 1 max 2 nights should be enough for Venice itself anyway. The bathroom was especially nice, clean and modern. The room was simple and also clean, however the walls could use a repainting. The staff was kind and very helpful with tips and answers to my questions.

Bed was not the most comfortable, but okay though for 1 night.

The location was perfect, we were only in Venice for a short time and we were right in the thick of everything and only a short walk from the Vaporetto so didn't have to go far with our bags. There were restaurants right outside but the room was still nice and quiet.

Check out was 11am and it was 34 degrees celsius outside, our flight wasn't until the late afternoon so we had nowhere, not even a bathroom, to freshen up after walking around in the heat. The hotel did kindly keep our bags in reception until we left.

Amazing location, with nice restaurants just downstairs. Very close to Piazza San Marco. We stayed in the separate part of the hotel and had a two-story room, which was quite cozy. The bed was extremely comfy, AC worked perfectly and the room was very clean. Staff is very friendly! We can definitely recommend this hotel!

The bathroom was very tiny, only one person really fits. The stairs to go down to the bathroom are scarily steep so be careful if you have to use it during the night.

Very good location for St Marks Square. Lots and lots of excellent restaurants to choose from all very local to the hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend 👌 The best way to get to the hotel from the airport is the local waterbus approx €15 one way, drops you at San Marco stop, about 2 mins walk to hotel.

The bathroom was a bit on the small side, as there was no space between the toilet and the shower cubicle. If I were a larger person, I would really have struggled with using both.
