Stayed here for 4N in small double room. Hotel is located along the canal. Very safe, quiet, clean and conveniently located within 10 mins walking distance to train station and 2 mins from vaporetto stop. Due to its convenient location, we did not have to take any vaporetto or water taxi throughout our stay. The room was indeed very small but amazingly, it was able to fit everything a traveller needs - ensuite toilet, cupboard, fridge, safe, Nespresso machine, cups, tea, table, chair, hangers, toothbrush, shower gel cum shampoo, shower cap, sewing kit, shaving kit, towels, bathroom slippers, bedside tables and TV. The window overlooks a small alley. The attention to detail is excellent. There are many good eateries with 5 mins walk from the hotel. Bar Alle Guglie Cichetteria for a drink, Majer Venezia Ghetto for breakfast and Al Parlamento for dinner and drinks. There is a Despar supermarket within 5 mins walk and a Coop supermarket within 10 mins walk. It was a wonderful stay at Venice.

Would have love it if the wifi functions better in the room. If I need the regular speed Internet, I was better off sitting on the yellow chair at the lobby. I get to enjoy the view of the canal too. Tall and big people may not find it comfortable in this small double room.

It is located about 7 minutes on foot from the train station, and although you have to cross a bridge, it is worth dragging a large suitcase. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the main tourist attractions, but it's good to see every corner of Venice. The water bus stop is also nearby, so it's not inconvenient. The exterior looks old, but the interior has been renovated and is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and the hotel is good value for money.

I was assigned a room different from the one I booked, so I told them and they gave me a bottle of wine to apologize. In fact, I booked this hotel because of the canel view picture from the corner room. Although I received the wine, it was disappointing.

The front desk staff's service was exceptional. Venice, being a city of canals and having no cabs, it was a challenge to figure out how to get to airport the day of our flight. The front desk person went out of his way to tell us about the water bus service to bus stand and to take a bus to airport. He printed the schedule for us and guided us. We were very stressed out about the early morning flight we had and how to reach the ariport. There were two men and one woman at front desk who we interacted with over our two day stay there. All three were great. The hotel is located just in front of one of the canals and the water bus service is very close to the hotel which helps. Room was clean and our stay at hotel was pleasant.

The hotel was above my expectation. Every hotel in Venice is unique and since there is not much room on the lagoon, I was not expecting too much but our room was excellent. The bed was super comfy. We are bigger type of people and had no issue with the size of the bed. There were seats to admire the canal through the window. The bathroom was well equipped and shower powerful. The whole hotel was spotless. Staff was friendly. Useful information at the door. Venice is busy but we were not bothered by the noise during the night nor early morning. The location was perfect to sight see - airport water bus at door stop and 15 minutes slow walking to Rialto bridge. The coffee machine in the room was an unexpected bonus.

We were unable to get breakfast in the hotel. But the bakeries outside were within walking distance and there was a "De Spar" not that far away. The market was at the door for fresh produce!

Fantastic location. 10min walk from train station with only one bridge to go over with luggage. Clean, modern room with spacious bathroom. Fridge, coffee machine, safe, tv and working space. Friendly staff, who held our bags the next morning after check out.

No control over room temperature. Only a sheet provided at night (no quilt) reception closed at 10pm so couldn't request one. Wouldn't have been a problem if you could control temperature of room. Can hear all noises in hotel very clearly when in room.

This hotel is in a great location, its right next to a taxi stop so very easy to get to from the hotel, great restaurants nearby as well as stores situated right on the river, you’ll be walking no longer than 20 minutes to reach all main attractions of Venice. Great value for money for a modern hotel

This is just me being picky, it could have done with one or two more pillows in the room but that’s just a personal preference. Other than that I cannot complain about anything, this hotel was great and delightful

Lovely hotel. Great location although it was not easy to find after a very late flight. Easy clear instructions to gain entry. Lovely room. Everything you needed. Comfortable beds, great fridge. Nice products too. My daughter enjoyed the biscuits very much. Beautiful decor. Lovely hotel.

No hot water 2 days in a row. My daughter is autistic and became very distressed as she looks forward to her showers. I also did not enjoy showering in the freezing cold. An incident occurred outside the hotel ( not the hotels fault.. silly drunk man) but it went on for hours 4am till 6am and kept us both awake. We didn't let it spoil our stay though.

The hotel was fantastic our room with canal view was amazing we were extremely happy with it. The room was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the canal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is set in a lovely part of Venice with lots of restaurants near by and right Infront of the canal. You can use the waterbus to get to start mark's Square, you could walk which we did but we felt it was a little far but it wasn't an issue. We would definitely stay here again!

It would be good if there was an option of breakfast in the hotel but again not really an issue as lots of restaurants/cafes/bakeries near by to eat from.

Excellent position and view from bedroom windows. Canereggio is an interesting and vibrant area with great bars and buzzing restaurants used by locals and travellers alike. 10 min walk from the main station and vaporetto stop. The property was well maintained and staff cheerful and helpful!

Only small issue is they no longer do breakfast but would recommend the nearby Major cafe where we could purchase 2 almond croissants and cappuccinos for €7.50. Venice is now better value for money than the UK.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was excellent and we had a great view of the canal from our room. We felt we were within a reasonable walk of all the sights, yet close to quieter restaurants and bars if we wanted to get away from the crowds.

Perhaps some people might feel that our bathroom was a little on the small side, but space is at a premium in Venice and it was perfectly OK for us.
