The Hotel was so beautiful and the staff were absolutely amazing. The Best hotel we have stayed at in Italy for a long while!

The helpfulness and friendliness of all staff members, Camila and Helenia especially. Also the lady in the restaurant wit the platinium hair that was always super helpful and smiley. The room was always clean on our return from the day out. The location was great, right outside the water transport station. The hotel decor was beautifully put together, a relaxing space, the colours worked well, the music added to the ambiance. Overall a very wonderful week - thank you.

Nothing stands out, except it would have been nice to have a change to the breakfast menu during the week.

Excellent location. On a side canal with lots of bars and restaurants within minutes but felt very quiet. Property had character but was well maintained. Excellent AC and very comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and the staff were beyond fabulous. Anna on the front desk really shines and is excellent at her job. As is Elena on the bar. So friendly and mixes a mean drink. Will return. Anna was able to book restaurants for me, recommend suppliers for gondola trips and arrange our private taxis- so helpful .

Only grip was nothing savoury really for vegans at breakfast but I managed on toast and fruit.

The location is perfect. The hotel is right across from the Guglie Vapretto stop. Getting here from the train station was a breeze, and we walked the distance on the way out. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff here is also good. All in all a great place to stay.

There were a few mosquitos in the room. It wasn't a big deal; we bought some repellent and also cranked down the temperature. Breakfast starts at 8 AM, and if you are a tourist with an early tour booking, you have to settle for a boxed version that does not offer much. They should at least start the breakfast at 7:30 AM. Ignore the canal view room, especially if you are paying more for the view. It is simply nothing interesting!!

The hotel is just exquisite! Not only does it have a great location, the suite we stayed in felt like we were in a real palace. It had frescos on the ceilings and walls, and the ceiling heights resembled that of the Duke's Palace! I also don't think one can go wrong with a Radisson Collection property in Europe. The staff are super friendly, and the service combined with comfort makes the stay worth every penny spent.

Even if I had to try and nitpick, I couldn't find a flaw. Then again, we only stayed one night, so our sample size was much too small to find failure points. This place is worth coming back to, for sure.

Waaw a fabulous 5-star hotel . It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my entire life . I was so so welcomed by the staff from Ioana and the others . Everything was perfect the location , staff , room , comfortable, value of money, cleaning. I was on the honeymoon occasion they made for me a special surprise which I and my wife really like it . Please if you visit Venice, don't choose any hotel except radission collection . 10 out 10 . So so recommended. Thank you radission hotel Team . All the best

very nice location a bit away from the massive tourist crowds but so many nice bars, restaurants and coffee places nearby. Receptionist was super friendly at checkin and out. the hotel overall is very nice and beds were comfortable as well great view of the rooms.

the only minus point would probably be the misleading button on the elevator stating there is wellness. there is not. we walked in our bathrobe around the third floor until we saw that there is a mini Sauna in the gym. the door was locked don’t call this wellness or spa just remove the button.

Convenient location - close to parking, bus station and train station. There is a water transport stop right in front of the entrance. There were places nearby where you could walk your dog. The rooms are clean. The rooms on the third floor have very high ceilings, on the fifth floor there is a good view of the canal. The breakfast is normal, the beds are comfortable.

Everything is just perfect. the decor is beautiful, very modern whilst still giving a traditional Venice feel. The staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. They showed us to our room, arranged for a free upgrade and remembered us every morning as we set off to explore. if you can afford it go for the Suite - the best room and bathroom I have ever stayed in with a beautiful high ceiling and mural. We used the gym which is new and had everything we needed - treadmill, weights, bikes, floor mats, showers etc. the location is superb. right outside the water taxi station. first stop from the airport after Murano island, very convenient. it’s also far enough from San Marco square to enjoy quieter streets whilst having all the restaurants, shops and railway station a short walk away. Beautiful hotel - we would book again without hesitation. In fact, I would stay anywhere else!
