My room has one balcony, from which you can view the main street. The room was clean when I came and had a very pleasing perfume, not like some place where you come and just know it’s not visited and cleaned very often. Beside the beds that were comfortable, in my room there was a clothes rack which was super helpful as I came back late at night, all wet due to the heavy rain and gotta leave right next morning. I’d seen many comments complaing about their breakfast, but I find it absolutely typical and normal to have a croissant, orange juice and coffee for breakfast anywhere here in Italy. Not to mention, I think that was the best croissant I’d ever had here, except for one time in Venice. Only that maybe because I booked the place only one day before, so the price for one night was not very convenient even when there’s breakfast included.

The room may get too dark at night as there is not that much of light source, but as I only stayed there for one night it didn’t affect the quality of the stay. Also under the place is a bar/ café, and it’s open until 2 A.M (don’t know how about the weekends) if you have trouble sleeping the single room would not be very recommended. Plus the warmer works very well only that when I turned on the air conditioner it seemed to not work properly, or maybe just because it’d take longer than that to start running.

You have everything you need here, it's located very close to the train station (shuttle buses to Verona airport and trains all over the country), 10 minutes away from the old town and other tourist attractions. The room was small, but I only stayed there for 1 night so this was perfect for me. The flat smelled amazing and had this arty vibe, with paintings, books and sculptures. Croissant for breakfast and coffee. Everything is organized through messages, emails and codes, which was handy as I didn't have to look for anyone to show me around. I recommend it and will come back in the future.

The room was compact but the bed was bigger than a normal single, I`m 6`2" height so that was great. I had great sleeps. In Nov, the evenings are cold but I turned the radiator on and the room soon warmed up (nothing techie, just a straightforward radiator valve). Loved the art work on the walls, it felt so homely. I also liked the entrance hall which was also full of art and character. The shared bathroom was very close by. Really central location just 15mins walk from the train station/ airport bus and most sights were just 20mins walk. Check-in was made easy by WhatsApp message and I didn`t need any support whilst there. Room was serviced every day which I didn`t expect for the price.

More clothes hooks/ hangers might have been useful. I struggled to keep the water in the shower area! Small details.

Location was great; 10 mins walk to Arena and a vibrant part of city, with a nice balcony. Entry to the building was ok. Bathroom was clean. Couple of rooms were sharing the bathroom so I waited around 15 mins in the morning to wash up. The building is a very good neighborhood. OK for solo travelers for short stay.

The room had a window that opens to ventilation area so it was always dark with no street view. Breakfast was offered as coffee/tea and croissant in the cafe in the next block so it wasn’t really a breakfast or not a real choice was involved in the process. Bed linen was dusty even though specifically asked in advance to have fresh linen. The person that enables checkin wasn’t the nicest. I could hear the next room so not the best choice for couples.

The self check-in is a great system (we had a little trouble but completely user error, the hosts sent detailed instructions prior to arrival). Room was perfect- a smallish space with plenty of storage, air conditioning unit and a gorgeous little balcony overlooking the main road. Breakfast was at the cafe next door and included coffee or tea, juice and a croissant (highly recommend the pistachio - I had it everyday!) My travel companion was a touch hesitant about the shared bathroom but it was immaculate and cleaned everyday that we were there - couldnt have asked for a better experience and all at a really reasonable price

Checking in at 2am wasn't smooth. I had to get someone from the bar next door and although I had followed the instructions over and over, she tried and after a total of 8 or 9 calls between us I was still outside on the street. She then called one of the other BnBs whose number was on the bell. He answered and kindly came down and let me in, even walking me to the ropm. My owner/manager had switched off his phone so I never got thru to him.

The room and entrance hall were nicely furnished, clean and cozy. We were able to leave our luggage downstairs for a couple of hours after we checked out. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and the town center, and was also relatively close to the train station.

There was no staff on site, and so it was difficult to enter the building off the street initially. We were told in an email to make a phone call but that didn't work, and so we waited until another guest entered and followed him in. Once we got to the room, we found keys. There was only enough hot water for one shower in the evening; the cold shower was not pleasant! The breakfast downstairs in a café was minimal (coffee, orange juice, croissant), but it was nice to have something.

I thought the location was great. It was easy to get to, a bit far from the train station (15 mins walk) but there are buses and it was easy to get to the city centre. It was pretty clean in general and the instructions to get into property were very clear and easy to understand.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and there wasn’t really a lounge area but that was personally fine with me and I just stayed in my room.

Great location for us as our bus stop was across the road.. the room was spotless. Easy to access the main sites of Verona on foot. Breakfast was nice. Some trouble accessing the room to check in which was a bit worrying as we could not contact anyone. We recalled that breakfast was in a cafe bar underneath and they were able to get us in to the accommodation.

Pillows not that comfy. Check in process made us anxious as it was a remote check in that did not work initially. Maybe check in could be via the bar so there is always a person to help.

The location was excellent and the facilities were clean. I especially appreciated how quiet it was - night or day, I hardly heard a sound from the fellow residents or the outside world. Being a light sleeper, this is extremely valuable to me.

I was disappointed by the breakfast. It was in a cafe separate from the B&B and the only things included in the price were a glass of orange juice, a hot drink and a croissant. I can't have dairy and I wasn't expecting to have many options, but I was hoping for some fruit. At least I got a coffee with soy milk.
