Location was excellent, 100 m from the Congress venue and central square, everything in walking distance. Central position, safe area, plenty of restaurants and bars. The town of unexpected beauty. Photos on site accurate. Old but well preserved hotel. Cozy even though very small room, but exactly what I needed. Good bathroom. Clean and simple.

The bad was not good, not recommendable for longer stays if you have back problems. In my room weak free Wifi, but anyway I was only sleeping in room. Initial misunderstanding, on reception which was overpassed easily. A nIce gesture was a complimentary free of charge breakfast, on check out.

Great location around the corner from P.Bra and 1 min the other direction to the castle. Supermarket for water etc within 2 mins. Very comfortable hotel - air conditioning worked very well in our room which was important as very hot when we were in Verona. Good breakfast with all the usual offerings - fresh fruit, lot of veg, meat and cheeses, boiled eggs. Right beside 2 late night (to about 1 am) cafes which are lovely to sit outside for a last drink. Hotel Reception staffed 24 hours.

Nothing - we enjoyed our stay

This hotel is in an excellent location & has safe secure parking (which you have to pay extra for) the room was small but clean & had a very comfortable bed. You walk outside to lovely bars & a pedestrian area right in the heart of Verona!

The hotel is soulless & has absolutely no atmosphere! The breakfast is very ordinary!

The location is ideal as it is just around the corner from the Piazza Bra and a short walk from the Arena Verona, shops, sightseeing bus stops and restaurants. The rooms are air conditioned and perfectly quiet when the windows are closed- even though there are cafes outside. The staff are very courteous and helpful. We forgot to bring a British plug adapter and the gentleman behind the reception let us borrow his to charge our phones. I don’t know what we would have done without his generosity. There is a hairdryer on the wall in the bathroom which is handy. I would definitely recommend and will be returning!

Excellent location, excellent housekkeping staff, sımetimes helpful reservation staff accrding to rhe employee, not standard, expensive during opera festival, enjoyed, ex-HR Director at Sheraton Hotels and Tower,

Need Standart service more helpful staff at reservation, Need More emanities at bathroom, balconette lighteing disturb.

For anyone attending the Verona Opera Festival, the location of this hotel is superb! The position is also very good for local eating places and is well placed for transport facilities around Verona and further afield.

Breakfast could have been a little more sumptuous (although the staff in attendance were extremely helpful)

I would love to have some coffee or tea preparation ready for morning tea. The breakfast was great downstairs but you have to wait before drinking anything warm
