Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Siloam Springs

Breakfast offerings have changed somewhat since the pandemic. We dd not take time for breakfast as we were heading to church with family.

It was very cold (snow and ice on the ground). The unit in our room worked OK, There were two cold and two heat settings but all were faded on the console and hit and miss to get right. Maybe time for an upgrade or at least maybe mark with a sharpie. It did eventually begin to cycle and was comfortable for a night's rest. That was our goal.

convenient to town and casino. room was clean. bed was comfortable.

at 10am the staff knocked on my door and asked if I was staying another night, check out was 11am. the parking was very small and tight. the bathtub stopper was missing. for the price is wasn’t worth the stay.

The first room that I actually booked for wasn't clean what so ever all nasty and stuff. I went back to the office and they where really nice about switching me rooms to one that was already cleaned.....

That the first room was trashed and smelt like methamphetamines..... Also needles all over inside the trash cans......

Went to visit my parents and the convenience of the location was perfect for getting back and forth to my parents house.

The friendliness of the staff.

The fact that I paid for a $64.52 room through booking.com and did not get it. I do not hold the inn keeper responsible for this. They are indeed awesome

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. Had all condiments we needed. They were very kind people

There was nothing we were unhappy about. Battery in smoke detector starting buzzing. They were there within 5 minutes to change battery.

The staff was amazing. They are working on remodeling so a lot going on. Great place, great location

That it took 2 hrs to get checked in ...... complications with staying dates ...... After we finally got checked in all was good ...... I'm still waiting for my refund from Bookings.Com
