Affordable hotel, location was not too far from our destination. The staff at the front desk were very considerate, professional, and had a great sense of humor! Beds were clean, room was spacious; my only complaint was that we didn't get Whataburger when we first got into town.

We weren't there long enough to have any real issues with our hotel. If anything, they were more than generous to us as we overslept beyond check-out time and did not have any issue, nor were we charged additional fees.

Next to Starbucks, Jimmy Johns, Taco Bell, and Braum's, plus so many more restaurants around. Stoplight to get out on 412, with 1-49 right down the road, made it easy to get around! Staff is amazing and the cleanliness is on point!

Parking is a little tight with the shared lot with another hotel, but not too bad.

Breakfast didn't settle well with me, but tasted good as I ate. Second day was a winner for me. Waffles, scambled eggs, sausage....etc. Swimming pool was warm to make up a little for no working hot tube.

Only thing I didn't like was Hot tube did not work, and plans are to remove it.... so don't expect it to be working.

Room was very clean, the staff was kind, the breakfast was good.

The door lock wouldn't work. Some one had had knocked a hole in the bathroom wall. The sink in bathroom had a crack in it. It was rm 223. And just needed some maintenance work otherwise everything else was good.

The over night desk clerk provided less than desirable service. How was he ever supposed to call my room when there was no phone in my room

We booked 2 rooms for my nephew’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Our check-in time was delayed by hotel but most probably due to hotel being full to capacity with graduation attendees.

We were in town to visit family. At the hotel, we were greeted and attended completely. The room was modern, comfortable and clean. We will be back. Thank you everyone in Springdale.

Location was perfect. Very close to interstate along with plenty of dining choices and gas stations. Front desk personnel very friendly at check in and check out.

The towels left behind in the pool area were not picked up. I didn't use the pool, but my room location took me by it. It looked like towels were on the floor all weekend. There were even a couple left by the elevator that did not get picked up. Not in my way but looked messy.

Location

Air conditioner/heater was almost impossible to regulate. Shower haed was hard to operate and had no water pressure.

Our stay was very good. The couch & carpet was a little worn. But overall we had a good experience.

The appliances need to be updated. Carpet & couch replaced.
