The entire staff was amazing! so helpful and kind! It was clean and the beds were comfy!

I really didn’t dis-like anything. The only thing I think they could improve on is breakfast.

Even though the property is older and just a little worn in places, the room was so comfortable, temperature perfect, bed very comfortable, had a small frig and microwave. The room was VERY clean. Nice indoor pool for those who would want one. A small coin laundry and small workout room on property. Standard breakfast. Location is very close to I49 and close to shopping in Rogers.

Traffic is heavy when trying to get out. Go out the back way, turn right and go to the traffic light to turn left.

A little disappointed there were no eggs. For the price of the room I expected a little more.

The aroma in the lobby and halls was a bit overpowering. Made me wonder if they were trying to cover up or hide something. Our room overlooked the outside entry which was a congregation point for smokers. Their conversation was easily heard and went on till after midnight. Suggest you establish a smoking area away from the room windows so guest can get a good night's sleep.

The price was reasonable. The location was great and felt safe. Near lots of restaurants. The pool was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - the cooked food wasn’t the best, but did offer many options.

The room had a weird humidity smell. Don’t know if it’s the carpet (don’t like hotel rooms with carpet) or embedded in the walls.

extremely clean, nice location, friendly staff, accommodating, heated pool, vending machine, windows actually open up(assuming in case of fire-I liked that), staff wearing masks, comfortable beds, fast food right across the street was convenient, the many cameras that are in and around the hotel (makes you feel more safe)

the fact that you didn’t have anything except cereal to eat for breakfast when it says hot breakfast included with your stay but there were fast food restaurants across the street so no biggie. i get it.. it’s a rough time with Covid and all..maybe it’s hard to get a lot of things so we didn’t complain but it would have been nice to have a decent breakfast after a long drive/night. (6 hour drive) there really wasn’t anything besides that.. oh, the day we checked out the elevators weren’t working & we had to carry all of our luggage including our 9 month old lol down 2 flights of stairs. not a big deal. y’all do need the do not disturb signs to hang on the doors tho! we use those often when we don’t want to be bothered by housekeepers or anyone or just want some peace and quiet

Room was clean and building was well kept, staff is very friendly, and they have a good complimentary breakfast.

The pillows were very small and lacked support. We asked for extra pillows and they said they did not have any. Due to this we had a difficult time sleeping. They do have an indoor pool, but no hot tub unfortunately.

The location was perfect! Several restaurants to choose from and the front desk recommended the Fast Lanes right down the road for our kids and the loved every minute of it!! The indoor pool was clean and warm too! My only complaint or suggestion is to have more choices for breakfast, we would stay again recommend this place!

Size of room was plus. Location was seemingly 10 to 15 minutes from most attractions and restaurants. Provided a lot of services including on site laundromat.

While attractions are close. Nothing is walkable. I couldn't figure out the lighting in the room.

Great stay overall. I was impressed with the staff, location, cleanliness, jacuzzi.

The sheets no longer stay put due to the elastic being worn out. Makes for a frustrating night. There is a bar under the bed that you can't see. I hit it 2x and got a massive knot/bruise from it immediately. The mattress may need to be moved over to the right?

Bed was really comfortable.

Night desk worker was a little rude. Even though I called ahead and confirmed my late check in online. He canceled my appointment then acted like it was my fault or I was bothering him.
