Quality Inn Indianapolis-Brownsburg - Indianapolis West

Staff in the morning was very nice and pleasant. The room was clean and spacious for the little bit of time I was there. 7pm-715am.

Staff member in the evening could be a little more friendly. Was very dry and never smiled. There was no bottled water available for purchase from the vending machine, when i ask evening shift her response was "if there is none in the vending machine, you can go to the gas station" not something that a woman alone wants to do. Maybe you could have some bottled water for guest available. The cost was more than I would have expected. I work in the medical field and my employer paid for it.

The self proclaimed "night auditor's" assigned parking spot in the fire lane creating a bottleneck leaving only 1 lane for loading and unloading. The very unprofessional way I was told to move out of her way while my family was attempting to unload our belongings and check in. My apologies Felicia, employees usually park in the back and customers up front. No customer.... No job😏😏😏

Refrigerator in the room. Room Key had the number to call for PIZZA. (Didn't order but thought that was a cool way to get the information to a guest).

Pool was closed and breakfast options was reduced due to COVID-19. There was a hum in the room that turned out to be a wake-up alarm in the next room, it was taken care of before we went to sleep. My husband tripped on the uneven sidewalk.

Would have liked our towels brought to our room. We had to get them from the front desk every night when we got back

4 nights and no trash removal, or towel replenishment, (although, after asking, towels were brought).

The rooms were beautiful, clean and the bed was awesome.

I couldn't get a ground floor room and I'm handicapped, please add an elevator? Not ADA friendly. We were traveling and didn't know where we would stop for the night. We gladly paid the $200+ for the room, just wish I didn't have to climb those stairs.

The hotel is always very clean. The bed is super comfortable and I got an amazing nights sleep. The young lady who helped me check in was very helpful and found me a room on the first floor since I currently have a foot injury.

The pandemic has the breakfast shutdown. In the past, they had a very good breakfast in the morning. It was missed but it is not under the hotel’s control.

Bed and pillows are very comfortable. It is always very clean. Location is good. We very accommodating with an early arrival and a room on the first floor.

The tv service is lacking... only reason the rating is not a ten. Some channels come in and then they don’t. Not sure if they aren’t paying for cable or the direct tv is bad but it is very inconsistent.

When my husband took a shower the water was cold.Then I got in and it took it a long time to get hot
