Stayed overnight. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy parking, Good made-to-order breakfast which would have cost $50 for two adults and two kids plus tip, without Booking voucher. (We gave a 20% tip.) Fast checkout. staff were all professional, and mostly friendly.

Carpet is lifting and needs replacing in the elevator lobby on the third floor. A potential trip hazard. Back parking lot entrance needs a good cleaning and updating. No shower-wall-mounted, soap, shampoo, etc. like similar hotels visited. Just the little one-use bottles, not enough for a family.

the location was perfect for us. the beds and pillows were comfortable.

the pool was so small. the sink backed up and when I told the front desk they said ok without asking for the room number. the breakfast staff was so slow. there were 2 people who couldn’t decide which one was going to wait on us. there were 3 tables that had people at them. one was getting their bill, one table just got their food, and the other was waiting on their food to come. we waited for 10 minutes and left to go to McDonalds. my breakfast was included in the hotel price but it was crazy they couldn’t wait on us when they weren’t busy!

The room was clean, large and QUIET! Didn't hear a sound from planes overhead, the hallway, adjacent rooms. Efficient front desk, knowledgeable and warm.

We had dinner and breakfast at the cafe. Food was OK, not great. .... we were hungry and it was late so it fulfilled a need. The bar could use more training and could be a little more generous. My Old Fashioned was made with chipped ice and was short on bourbon. Time to upgrade to block ice. For me ... a good Old Fashioned at the end of a long day of driving fixes all the little things. This one was not a fix. Also, we thought we were getting the room for less ... until we saw the bill.

The price is quite high. We are having to travel a lot to indy for my medical health. I'd stay here every single time if the price a lower amount. In ALL the hotels we stayed in your was the BEST! YOUR STAFF ARE AMAZING!

The bed is so hard it is like laying on a board. Your hotel is the only on with beds low enough to easily get into. Now just get a softner mattress and you will be golden! The musty smell by the pool

This was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. I loved being able to order from a menu. I stayed at the hotel 3 days and enjoyed 3 different breakfasts. All were exceptional-over easy eggs, Belgian waffles, omelet with lots of ingredients. There were juices, milk (actually had skim milk), fresh fruit, pastries, toast, bagels. The servers were very friendly and cheerful.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

My room was invaded by ants and I lost 1/2 my meal to infestation Free WiFi was slow--had to purchase faster internet TV cable was too slow between channels and could not find a guide to channels to make watching easier

Staff is great and very helpful, thank you for addressing my problem regarding hot water right away - problem solved within 10 minutes. Bartender was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was better than most of hotels in the US in this price level.

The hotel may use some renovation. 10 p.m. policy should be enforced.

Breakfast was delicious and they were very accommodating for our dog, Skippy! It was also very easy to get to from I-65, allowing us to hit the road quickly!

We almost missed out on our free breakfast because they didn't provide us our breakfast vouchers early on. Front desk personnel quickly provided vouchers after requested.

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The entire facility was very nice. The staff was very friendly and our bar tender Brandon was the best.

We had four rooms reserved and one of the showers in one room had a broken shower head. We asked that it be looked at and possibly fixed and it never was. The only other complaint our group had was during breakfast at the dining room. The staff had a hard time getting our orders right.

I think the location was great. The employees were polite and helpful.

Several of the rooms with let out beds had not be change and cleaned. This was a disappointment as the hotel was clean otherwise. Need to make sure that housecleaning check sofa beds for changing of sheets and disinfecting after each stay.
