the main lobby and restaurant area was beautiful. it felt so relaxing just sitting there. the scent was very nice as well

Some of the hotel staff was not very welcoming but most of them were very friendly and helpful The rooftop was pretty but a bit small and always crowded with people … sometimes music too loud and you could hear it in the room the facility and service offered (no room service) weren’t really worth the price

The staff were immediately welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful from our doorman Eddie to check-in with Jasmine. The service was quick but thorough to ensure all amenities and services were explained. We were only in town for a one night stay but we’re already talking about booking a longer weekend trip soon! Photos of the hotel and restaurant do not do it justice, it’s absolutely stunning in person. Every tile, light fixture, and rich fabric adding more to the experience as we made our way from the lobby to our room. The location of the hotel itself was fantastic too, offering plenty of food and drink options within walking distance. We also took advantage of the on-site offerings and we couldn’t be happier that we did. Again, incredible service from the restaurant staff with a menu that we can’t stop talking about.

We loved the decor of the entire hotel. The bed was comfortable and the rooftop pool was AWESOME. Reallyquite walkable to many museums, Grand Central Market, and more despite not being a pedestrian-friendly city.

We would have liked at least a single drawer for clothing that didn't have mini bar snacks or a steamer in it! Also, why do hotels not give you a sheet anymore, just a comforter? We were a bit hot at night because of this.

Hotel Per La was incredible. Such a gorgeous hotel where the staff were incredibly hospitable. We loved the rooftop pool and private members club vibes. Was really impressed, especially for the value for money.

I didn't quite realise how far DTLA was from some tourist attractions - but that was a me problem not the hotel's.

The fixation with closing the restaurant at 10pm. LA is a global city - get global. We spent $500 on a meal with people we don’t see very much. We were continually interrupted during our conversation about things closing down and were rushed through our meal and out of the restaurant. Really disappointing!!

A beautiful, fun, hotel.. I spent a lot of time in the lounge and in the pool. It was very festive over the weekend, but still very quiet in my room. I loved the decor, the bed linens, and the bathtub.

. When I got to the hotel, the bill added a $150 per night “destination fee” that was not listed in the booking.com charges. After a conversation with the front desk, ultimately, they waived this, but I have never experienced that before, especially since the “resort fees” were also added to the final charge. Also, I’m not sure if this is because I booked through a third-party app, but they skipped cleaning my room one of the days.

Beautiful hotel, loved the rooftop pool. Located in a good part of Downtown LA that is walking distance to popular restaurants and shops.

For a 5-star hotel, I think it lacked some basic amenities like a hairdryer in the room, coffee in the room, a full hotel breakfast (they only have a grab-and-go cafe), and in-room dining. There was only 1 robe in the room and no slippers. Again, keeping in mind this is a 5-star hotel, I would expect these offerings.

This hotel has the best shower and hot tub system I have had given the fact that they have lower rates in downtown Los Angeles. Their pool and the rooftop bar are really really nice too! There are plenty of great restaurants around!

Pool not available 24/7. Nobody answered my questions in the booking app, I contacted the hotel many times through the booking app prior to arrival but never got an answer.

hotel is beautiful, nice and clean rooms. location is great, there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. staff was friendly and helpful, (Casandra) she helped me a lot.

security deposit is 150$ for 1 night. I think it’s overpriced. I’ve should be informed at least.
