My husband lost his wallet. We thought we looked everywhere. We even thought maybe it was taken from our car. Security took our concerns seriously and made report, took pictures etc. Very nice staff. Then Christina from housekeeping called to say she had found wallet in our room. (Obviously we didn’t look THAT good!) Anyway… we thank Christina for her honesty!!!! There was a large sum of cash, credit cards and a blank check in there. We did give Christina a reward, but Edgewater in Management needs to know how awesome Christina is!

Resort fee's You advertise a price then when you check in you have to pay this resort fee crap which you should be told about in advance. Plus what is this fee to gamble and spend money at you casino? Because other than to sleep and loose a little money at slots what is it for? You don't charge players who just walk in off the street this fee so why guest who come as I did because of advertised price of room which was 29 dollars until the luxury tax that you imply after you get to hotel.

It's not Vegas but a good choice for less noise. Colorado river is great to see outside your window and you can walk most of the "strip". It's overall a good place to stay and would stay again.

The variety of foods would be better. No buffet, no fast food, no diner unless you call Denney's a diner. Elevators need to be serviced because it's very noisy and you wonder if you are going to make it up or down.

The price was good. The room was clean and roomy. The view was nice but could have been better if it was of the river. The hamburger restaurant was good and served good food.

The girl who checked us in was not very helpful in explaining where to park. She didn't explain that we could park closer temporarily to unload. The cappriotti sandwich shop was closed. The elevator had graffiti in it and felt like it would fail at any moment.

The rooms were nice, the casino was good. Never won any money on machines. Pay outs would make people want to come back. Pool was to cold should be heated for customers during cooler weather.

I didn't like the loud music in the casino. Didn't like Dennys Restaurant. Bad service, slow waitresses, cold food. A better choice would be, not chain a Restaurant. I miss the shopping downstairs. Pool was to cold to enjoy.

Check-in was easy and the room was sufficient. It didn't smell like smoke. There are lots of hotels in the Vegas area that just smell like smoke the moment you walk in. I like the little walkway behind the building along the river.

The parking was a ways away from the hotel entrance. It had just had a massive flood and we walked through 2 ft deep mud to get to the entrance. They might want to get an entrance directly form the parking to the entrance.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The room is a little old but for what we need, it was good. We just need to sleep and shower. Air conditioner work perfect room was always cold.

The only problem we had for this room was the bathtub. The water wouldn't go down. Housekeeping came in with fresh towels and unplugged it. 2nd day it clogged up again. That is the only complaint I have.

There was quick and friendly check in. There was a refrigerator and coffee k cup maker in the room. We were allowed to unload right at the front entrance. Food options were shared by the front desk. There was bottled water in the room. The River walk was close so you could walk to close by casinos.

The housekeeper only knocked once and then entered our room, pretty early like 7am. And, there wasn’t any coffee cups in the room. We had to go find some.

Very clean, great food..From PTS staff are very patient individuals and very informative of the Casino...great place to stay.

Pinkbox very bad donuts paid 33.00 for 12 and we are very displeased with how old they tasted and didn't not receive discount for buying 12 like the Lady's had said to us...don't go there if u want fresh donuts...

Lots of room. Great river view. Good location.

. But, the room was really dusty, the bathroom sink was clogged and the tv remote didn’t work . Bed was comfortable, but springs poking up in one spot l. No good place on site to get a good cup of coffee
