Great location just a 10 minute walk to the strip! Swimmingpool also nice (but the water is not cooled so too hot in the sun, like every hotel in Las vegas) but nice to relax on the beds in the shade. Room was huge! Like an appartment. Best thing was te location, you walk in 10 minutes to the strip and the Linq. Its also a safe walk.

Only the pool in the summer, not refereshing.

For us this location was good , a bit off the strip , so quiet at night as we had a room facing east. I wanted a place with no Casino below, it was like no one was staying at the Platinum but it was full , easy and fast elevators , very friendly staff. Our room was very large with a separate bedroom which was nice for family. Easy access for cars, taxis or Uber , good restaurant nearby.

Maybe a little far off of the strip ?? but not so bad , Homeless people in the area , but really they seemed to be everywhere in the city. The elevators could use card access readers , anyone who enters can go to any floor - guest or not , I was actually surprised they did not have them.

Huge room with all the needed, 10 min walking from the Strip. What it made me decide for this one was the complimentary self parking, to avoid any fuss from the other major hotels. Not waiting time in the check in process, far from the noise and the smoke , and , again, huge room

Maybe not that special as the other major brands can be, overall the pool, small and empty, but again, for me it was like half price, with parking included and just 10 min walking or less, so it was really a bargain

The rooms were large, including the bathroom. Everything a person would need is there. The bedding and towels were soft. Full sized appliances, even a washer and dryer. The pool area is nice

The resturant and spa were closed. The pool closed way to early:8 pm No daily service. I even called before 10am and was told that they would only drop off some sheets and towels. Several of the lights in the living room either did not work at all or required extra malipulation to come on. The living room furniture is very dated.

Love the balcony especially at night. Nice partial view of the strip. Located about a block from Bellagio and Caesar's, so definitely within walking distance. Room was very large and kitchen was pretty complete

Parking lot is pretty tight multi level with no elevators. That's about it. I will certainly stay here again. Good value and seems like a one bedroom apartment.

The balcony for the King Suite was amazing for the fourth of July fireworks. The room was spectacular with a huge connecting bathroom, a kitchen, and huge windows/balcony for the living room sofa while also having an equally impressive window for the people in the king bed room, so everyone could watch the fireworks for hours. The sofa was actually comfortable. I would have loved to stay for several weeks. All the staff were super nice, but Carlos at the front desk helped us resolve several small issues with the booking, getting us sofa bedding, and finding great places for us to eat. Thank you!

I loved the staff. They were super accommodating and friendly. The location was decent and the parking was easy. The view was pretty great, I could even see the Bellagio fountains from my balcony on the 12th floor (between two buildings far in the distance). I would 100% stay here again.

Bed was soft pillows were stiff, reverse that and I'd be a happy camper.

-Quieter hotel/family-friendly -10-15 min walk to the strip; no more than 30 min walk for most major hotels on the south side of strip -Spacious rooms -Friendly staff -Value -No casino (we preferred this) -Pool was partially indoors, decent for winter -Great view for the kids from the “sphere” view -Free parking for guests -Proximity to Battle Bots arena / the Horseshoe / Bellagio fountains

-Some things needed a refresh (e.g., toaster handle was broken) -No housekeeping, unless requested in advance -Indoor pool area could have been a little warmer -The long wait (sometimes) to walk across Koval Ln going towards the strip -Not the most exciting-looking property

The Platinum Hotel exceeded every expectation we had. We picked this hotel due to its easy walkable proximity to The Sphere and the fact we didn’t want to pay four times the price at the Venetian (plus costly parking, which is free at The Platinum)! We were greeted at the door by charming Ray. We had arrived very early, around 10:30 a.m., and asked the fabulous Fernando at the front desk, if we could do the pre-check-in paperwork so we’d be good to go when our suite was ready. He offered us an available suite if we’d change to a different bed configuration. YES, please! He then offered us a complimentary bottle of wine! The suite was incredible. It was spacious, clean and very well appointed. (We LOVED how the coffee table in the living room has a huge listing of the TV channels on it!). We even had a fantastic view of The Sphere. I will stay here again when I return to Las Vegas, even if I’m not going to a show at The Sphere. Fernando, Ray (and Shania) are an asset to the Platinum.
