I loved the location.

I did not like the fact that I could not use the pool, as there was multiple kids and adults jumping into the pool. Also, the one father of the children was vaping in the pool area. Which as I am sure it states there is no smoking or vaping inside the hotel. I was more surprised when an employee of the hotel walked into the pool room as the man was vaping and did not say anything. As for the people jumping in the pool they seemed to have stopped when the employee was in the room but continued when he had left. I did not waste my time to tell the hotel at the time as the pool was soon closing and I had a headache after the children were screaming non-stop.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of towels, free breakfast, friendly staff

Not the hotel's fault but a lot of door slamming from the other guests. There is a very large gap between the door and the floor, somebody could actually look under it it's so big. I shoved a towel in the big gap for privacy and also hoping to muffle the sounds from the hall which didn't really help. Also, it's great being able to adjust my AC but it makes a lot of noise when starting up.

We stayed for 7 nights and I was expecting to pay much more for the quality of the room. It was very clean and almost luxurious in comfort. We had a fridge and microwave and single cup coffee maker. The room temp controls are in the room which is very convenient This is now my go to lodging area. I will definitely stay here again. And, PETS WELCOME (big plus).

There was somewhat of a cat smell in the room and they offered to move us, but we have cats and had brought a dog with us so opted to stay in that room. More importantly, if you are not out of the room by a certain time in the morning (to go site-seeing or whatever) house keeping does not clean. BUT you can always make a request at the front desk and they will send someone.

Breakfast was good. Not sure if hand sani was available much. POOL was excellent. No chlorine smell which indicates it is clean. Towels weren't readily available so check when you get to the pool for towels. We stole them from the exercise area next door. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the older gentleman who stocked the breakfast area during and after breakfast. One cannot really know if anything is actually clean but it looked ok. I always bring my own sani wipes and wipe everything anyway. See the what I didn't like for the sofa. It was quiet. No noise noticed at all in PMs or overnight.

Sofa bed was full of crumbs and debris when we looked under the "mattress". One could hardly call it a mattress as it was so thin and offered no support at all. I slept on the sofa itself after covering it completely with sheets because it was very stained and dirty. No support on the sofa either. I survived but my back is not happy. I understand they are going to renovate so hopefully they'll get higher quality sofas for the suites. The beds were ok per my husband.

breakfast was awesome and it taste good. the staff was pleasant and very friendly. Needed more blankets cause we were cold they gave us more. The room was coozy and made us feel just like at home. It was comfortable

When we made our reservations we need to checked in early and we put it on their. and when we got to Comfort Inn the gentlemen told us that we could not check in till 4pm. so we had to go find something to do till our nephew game. and all we wanted to do was relax.

Staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. Even cleaning staff was always greeting us and the maintenance men asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay well. The breakfast was good. Enjoyed the waffle batter being prepared so I could make our own waffles hot and fresh

The rooms have that wet old carpet smell. We bought a room air freshener and then we were fine. First room had the sink outside of the bathroom!! Not fun to use the washroom, open the door with a toilet paper to wash our hands. Then the air conditioner made a horrible loud noise. I recorded it and at 10pm went to the front desk to have them listen. The immediately gave us a new room WITH the sink in the bathroom. It was better but the ac still made a noise. One bed was sunken and always felt like falling when sitting down. Tv kept losing the noise every few words. The clocks were all blinking, like a power outage happened… our last day one did occur so I guess it happens often. Was in the early am.

We actually booked here online by mistake but were pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff was much friendlier than the hotel we thought we booked at 😅 Hotel was tidy and clean-lots of tasty breakfast options. The pool area and gym were clean and the whole hotel was accessible- great value for the low price!

The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation-the televisions, bedding and carpet are very old🤣 We asked for extra pillows-which we got!….but they were the size and shape of small couch throw pillows🤷‍♀️

Place was great. You guys a gems at your front desk who represent your business with class! Ac units need cleaning but other then that we had an amazing time, suite was suitable for our giant family and the pool was perfect for one of my son's 15th bday! God bless you all and we will be back for another stay soon! The lady's that tend to the rooms were nice n always smiling! Good job overall!

The air conditioning units were dirty causing the system to blow mild air. Extremely hot inside the rooms and pool area. remaining cool while I sleep is huge so not having air flow was misfortunate however I'm not complaining and had a awesome time.

Good , great selection of different buns , bread condiments, yogurts etc

If eggs or sausages , bacon is gluten free or not! It would be nice if anything cooked is labelled gluten free or not

Everything was great. I appreciate the friendly staff and the CLEAN well maintained accommodations, which is consistent for each of the multiple times I have stayed. A minor point here is my taking exception with the fast food type utensils in the breakfast area. Need an option for real silverware, like with the ceramic plates. Hate eating off of cardboard plates with plastic utensils. But if that is my only complaint, you are golden.
