The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and boat cruise dock. Staff was pleasant and helpful and breakfast offering was extensive. I was happy for the variety of gluten free bread, a different one each day, which was available upon request.

Not a huge deal but a couple of issues in the gym. Sign requested that machines be wiped down with sanitized tissues after each use but the dispenser was not dispensing, although you could see it was full. This was also reported to the front desk but still not resolved by the next day. A broken power cord on the Elliptical machine was reported and did get fixed, but once on it, discovered it was wobbly and terribly noisy. Opted for the treadmill instead.

Well, the staff there allowed me to check-in a little earlier than I was supposed to and that I really appreciated it. I was very tired and needed a place to sleep after traveling from Edmonton and stayed up almost the whole night cooking for my uncle who's a priest, for his silver jubilee (25) of priesthood, the 2 staffs on duty made my life much easier I got enough sleep before going back to the party.

I love the smiles of the staffs and their unique understanding, the breakfast looks good too although I didn't eat any because at the time sleep was the only thing in my mind but I saw what the guests were eating and I almost forgot how tired I was to go and start eating, but my eyes failed me.😅 😀

Close to family I was visiting. Close to the stores . It was clean . The staff are exceptionally welcoming.

I didn’t like that I booked 2 months ago and the cost went immediately on my credit card . Then the email came saying if I had to cancel I wouldn’t be reimbursed. Is that even legal ? Would like to stay again but wouldn’t book ahead . I’m 79 and there’s always the possibility of not being able to come and need to rebook but to loose all that money would be very annoying.

The friendly staff were second to none. Such a warm welcome. My kids had been in the car for a few hours and letting off some energy and no 'faces' of judgment, only understanding. Perfect location, excellent price, and could no have asked for more considering the rate. Clean , comfortable beds and a great time for the kids (soccer tournament). To boot it is walking distance of the most gorgeous little town.

The breakfast was great and so convenient. The pool was very clean. The town of Gananoque itself is very picturesque. Had a delicious meal at Riva next door, be sure to.make a reservation.

Our room was a bit musty smelling. Tried airing it out by opening the balcony door, but didn't help much. Also had tiny little bugs that I think flew in from the balcony (the screen door was off the track a bit).

The room and common areas were spotless. The pool area was clean and never crowded. Front desk and other staff were friendly & responsive. Went early for breakfast - not busy & great options. Short walk to village amenities (shops, banks, restaurants), parks, beach, trails, boat launch and boat tours. Travelling without kids I've learned to book a business room so it's a little quieter - it was perfect. Best hotel we've stayed at in Gananoque - we'll definitely be back.

Not many channels to choose from on tv. Not an issue for us but might be a problem if travelling with kids.

comfortable, clean, acceptable room size and good for family vacation. Also I like the location that very close to the lake shore! The pool is very nice! We enjoyed it as a family swimming. The staff were friendly and fast response whenever we called and ask for somethings to bring, such as extra towels and tooth brushes.

I would recommend more options of food for breakfast! I found it very little options! Also, no lake view available and I do not like that no jacuzzi in the pool area!!

The location was ideal both for going on the Thousand Island Cruise and for walking about town. The Inn is in a very beautiful and historic area close to interesting shops and Galleries. The Inn staff were uniformly welcoming and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable.

The line-up for breakfast was long because it was busy weekend.

Great location close to the marina and tours, lots of free parking and easy walk to downtown area restaurants pubs and shopping. The rooms were extremely clean and all the staff we spoke with were very friendly and nice.

Breakfast was included but very crowded at times. We took our food to go. A grab bar in the shower would have been appreciated.

Breakfast had a nice selection of cold and hot meals. The location is very close to the 1000 Islands Boat Tour and within walking distance to the towns main street. We were a family group with 4 rooms, all 4 rooms were nicely situated on the main floor across from each other and close to the pool where the kids could swim.
