Hampton Inn El Reno Ok

The hotel was convenient to our needs. Our room was very nice and quiet. Office Staff was efficient and accommodating

Breakfast was bad. We went down at 9 a.m. and there was no hot food or attendant. Others were just standing there. We went in back and found attendant and she said we would have eggs in 10 minutes. No meat no hot oatmeal no apology.....

It was a very nice room - plenty of room and comfortable bed

Breakfast was good "standard hotel hot breakfast". However, the plastic ware was very small and flimsy which was frustrating when trying to eat a waffle (the waffles were very good)

We reserved a 2 queen bed room, when checking in we were in formed that they only had king rooms. had to make arrangements for our other people staying with us to stay somewhere else. Also, did not get a room make up or clean during the day.

Only problem we had is people don't wear masks around here. Young lady at the desk had a mask on when she checked us in and then when we left for dinner she was talking to two men and none had a mask on.

The breakfast included a nice range of tasty choices. And....my most important criteria.....the coffee was fresh, hot. and of fine flavor.

I dislike looking for negatives for a survey.

We loved everything especially the shower was huge. The bed was so freaking comfortable that I didn't turn n toss at all!!!

The only thing was the coffee was warm not 🔥 hot.

Rooms were bright, clean and the bed very comfortable. The indoor pool was an added bonus asany places with outdoor pools have closed them.

Even though the facility was very close to the interstate and a truck stop, there were no outside noises or unwanted lights coming in to my room.

No vending machines. "Sweet shop" was not stocked properly due to a management oversight.

no one bothered us. put card on door and was good.

it could have a better smoking area outside that blocked some of the wind.
