Best Western Plus Executive Residency Pottstown

Breakfast was good with waffles, scrambled eggs, choice of three (3) cereals, breads, yogurt, juices, and coffee. The location was good being close to Route 422 and many places to eat in Pottstown. There was also an Aldi's within walking distance. The room had all the amenities you would need and was clean and updated.

There was noise at all hours of the day where heavy things were dropped on the floor. I don't know if they were doing work on my floor. It would be nice if the staff were more friendly. No one was rude to me but I didn't feel like I was welcomed.

(For my needs) Very good location, clean, all the amenities one would need. Very good breakfast selections with coffee available 24/7 if needed. I had a modicum of difficulty with wifi dropping out, however, I would highly recommend this hotel as I plan to use this as my central base to see customers in a 90 mile radius. This may seem irrelevant to some travelers but the shower was great!

Everything was wonderful, bathroom amenities in the restroom, coffee brewer with coffee and tea bags for the mornings or evenings along with sugar and sugar substitute packets (great since I'm type 1 diabetic). Microwave and mini fridge with a freezer inside the room. Bathroom shower instantly was hot, even though it was extremely cold outside. Overall great experience and staff were very kind and friendly.

it was convenient to our venue

There was only one way in and out of the hotel and our room was on the fourth floor the last room down the hall and we had to take multiple trips to our vehicle to bring luggage to and from our room. We couldn’t find a luggage dolly to help. It was exhausting. We also couldn’t sit on the couch because of a mystery substance on it…use your imagination for that one.

The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. AC unit is not noisy. Staff is helpful. The breakfast is excellent!

I booked a king bedroom because there has no double bed room available. Therefore I need to sleep on the sofa bed. To my surprise, there is no extra blanket available after talking to the staff, so I have to settle with two bedsheets. Luckily it is summer time.

The breakfast can also caterer to vegetarians, by having fresh fruit, hot cereal, non dairy milk, morning star patties, and some choices of non dairy yogurt 😁

I didn't like Coming off the elevator and seeing a rag in front of the ice machine on the 4 floor where water was dropping from it. First impressions is important as well as safety.

The price was great and the facility was clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy access to the facility.

Need more room in the bathroom to set shampoo soap etc down while in shower and more room on the sink to set makeup down while applying.

Breakfast was impressive actually. Beds are super comfy! Our room was very neat and clean! Will stay again.

Other guests were slamming their doors but that nothing you can really do to prevent that I suppose. The floor around the toilet and in front of the closet had odd "spill" marks.

room was rather crammed like space between bed and desk or lounge chair was just the width of luggage and in a room with 3 other adults with luggage as well there wasn’t much wiggle room.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Hotel was not crowded. Shower was great ( had to be careful not to make the water too hot.)

Although breakfast was listed, they had not gotten it up and running as they just finished the remodeling. The bed was not as comfortable as some other hotels I have stayed at.
