Quiet only at the one end where my room was. Traffic is loud! Staff was pleasant. Rooms are spacious but outdated.

Rooms need an overhaul. Tub was gross. Curtains were dingy with holes and didn’t cover window completely, Hard to communicate with Spanish speaking housekeeping. The listing is wrong, No microwaves in room or ANYWHERE in the hotel, despite the furniture being designed for one. (See photo)

The rooms were clean and fresh.

I did not like the fact that their credit card reader charged me 5 times for one stay because the desk lady said they "didn't go through" I've talked to the GM who was helpful getting me two refunds and I've now had to dispute 2 others. THREE WEEKS of the run around! Watch what you are charged!!!

The staff were amazing with my dog, he felt like a celebrity LOL. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and Mary called me immediately. My daughter just moved to this area and this will be my go to hotel. It is hard to find a place that will accommodate dogs, let alone treat them like their own.

Have stayed at the Hammock on multiple occasions, always enjoyable, recently moved out of state and had to return for family, didn't look anywhere else to stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, the staff friendly and accommodating highly recommend if passing through Exton area of Pennsylvania.

They do not have cameras by the front door which is were the handicap parking is and my car was vandalized nit 1x but 2x intact the same weekend. I don't understand why there's no camera in the most important location...rxxsik

Front dest staff were very nice and funny too. I've been having a rough 5ime being homeless and all and they all were very cool and made me feel comfy and made me smile thank you

The room was nice size. The bed was so comfortable and I really enjoyed staying. Oh and prize was just right for me in the situation I'm in thanks again

I was going to stay one night but booked for another night because the experience was better than my expectations. The beds were comfortable and clean. Staffs are really nice and they are at the front desk all the time so that you can ask for whatever you need!

I liked the quality of the room, location and price quoted. Very clean and staff was helpful.

No breakfast foods at all..only coffee and tea. The biggest issue ( in several rooms.. multiple guests reporting) was remote for TV does not work.

The staff is ALWAYS the best. Never have an issue with them and that's apparent after coming there regularly for almost two years now. As long as the staff is there I'll spend my money there.

Still no fridge in my usual room really inconvenient. PLEEEEEEASE put a fridge and batteries in the safe of room 415. Thank you so much! 🥰🥰

This is a great place to stay! So comfortable and friendly! I got rained in one day and didn’t even mind just hanging out in my room! Very comfy! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby!

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like!
