Best Western Slidell Hotel

Breakfast good and simple. Plenty of coffee. Staff very courteous and did a great job.

Parking lot had a concrete curb that extended into the direction of traffic flow. This curb section should be removed thus to eliminate a risk of a flat tire or vehicle damage.

did not have breakfast, I left around 0600. My first room was very " smelly" ( I think was air freshnes ) but I got another room thanks to the front desk staff.

maybe breakfast early or ad list coffee ready to go for somebody like me living early hotel because you have long way to travel on front of you!!

The bed was comfortable. Water pressure was decent, and the location was the best thing about the hotel. It's close to restaurants.

The carpet was very sticky and filthy. The A/C worked well enough to keep it from being too hot, but not well enough for us to be comfortable.

Hostess greeted us promptly. She was awesome. Very informative. Hotel was extremely clean. Clean bathrooms. Beds were soft and comfortable. I liked that the place was not directly near the Interstate which made it not as noisy outside.

The front desk was super friendly even with us wearing ALL of our Las Vegas Raiders gear upon learning we were visiting from out-of-town.

I didn’t like the limited parking AND the parking lot was quite a bit difficult to navigate.

The location is in a great spot. It had restaurants and shopping areas close by. Also the breakfast was great.

Wasn't much to not like. I just wish it wasn't so cold outside so the kids could have gotten in the pool.

Location was good easy to get in and out of and good access to the highway and to the restaurant and tourist stuff.

A bit pricey but for Mardi gras weekend I guess it wasn't horrible

I like the rooms were very clean and spacious the breakfast and location was great. Staff was amazing.

Price & Location. Very clean.

Since I check in after a working a Night Shift in the early morning hours, it would be great to be allowed to check-out later than Noon on the last day of my stay. That would earn my business for all future stays, which are frequent and ongoing.

That the staff did not communicate that I had a late check out and the lady kept beating on my door. Also the guest next door was disturb Omg me by laying loud music I had to call down to the desk 3bughts in a row.
