Actually, there was no breakfast provided on the first and second mornings, but there were several breakfast options in the area. We were more interested in the room quality which was excellent.

Very minor complaint -- the shower head wasn't very good, but that would not be a game changer. Overall, we were very pleased and would stay there again.

The property was in a convenient area and near plenty of food spots. I also liked that the customer service was top tier! I loved that the hotel and my room was exceptionally clean!! No complainants whatsoever and I will be back and would recommend heritage inn to future travelers!

I wasn’t super impressed with the basic continental breakfast. The coffee was great though!

Front desk staff is awesome. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall nice place.

No breakfast was offered that I saw, though it was advertised. Was not impressed with coffee pot being stored in the bathroom. Side door does not lock but it has a card reader so it should. I'd consider it overpriced but it was convenient enough that I'd probably do it again. Headboard bangs the wall when... using... the bed 😆

Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked well. It was great for us.

There was no hand soap, tissues or other amenities. I don't use the rest very often, but hand soap is something I don't travel with.

Staff very keen to help. Richard in reception should get a gold star.👍😀

Higher quality bedspread would have raised the appearance of the room. (An inexpensive way to remodel and go up-scale.) Many lampshades stained or worn out.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was very roomy with plenty of towels. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The female employee that works night was exceptional. Very nice and helpful.

Only critique would be the bed. It was clean but a hard mattress. We were in Picayune to help move family so by the end of the day we were exhausted and we still rested well.
