The morning clerk (Sai?), helped me greatly! I flew into Houston from Asia and had to get sim card, calling plan and reload uber app. I could not complete the process and needed to get to the airport. I was in a bit of a panic while attempting to confirm my visa account with rideshare app and watching the clock. The clerk helped me greatly by figuring out how to complete the process on my phone and allowing me to get to airport without missing my flight!

Hard to get taxi and hotel doesn't have shuttle to and from AIRPORT

The staff was incredibly helpful. After two delayed flights an early check in with no charge was a blessing. We stayed only for a night, but we had a really good experience. The place was clean and had a micro and a refrigerator which, for us, were pluses. Overall, we had a great experience. Also there's a free shuttle for the airport! Thank you guys so much.

The only down is that the walls are a little thin so you can easily hear stepping sounds, but honestly it wasn't that big of a deal. We could sleep just fine.

The hotel is closed to the airport (10 mins by car). It has a CVS and Aldi close (walking distance) but there´s no sidewalk to reach other places. Staff was super friendly. Free shuttle service to the airport is really helpful.

Breakfast was included in the rate but they are not serving it because of the pandemic. It'd be nice to let travellers in know in advance this issue, plus they could give something simple to take away.

Convenient to the airport. Clean. Comfortable room with microwave and fridge. And a grocery store and drug store a 2 minute walk away.

There’s no shuttle, so you need to arrange your own taxi (I paid $25) or Uber (which was quoted as $40).

It´s a clean, nice and quiet place, very comfortable. Close to the airport. Supermarket right next to it. Includes a free shuttle service.

There was no breakfast due to COVID, which is understandable. But would have been nice to get a notification about that before, becuase it was one of the reasons why I booked that place. Not the hotel's fault, but just as a note: if you arrive without a car, the surrounding area is not made for walking, there are no sidewalks to get to restaurants etc., but it is still possible if you don't mind walking on the street.

Our flight got canceled and the hotel was great the rate was great and it was very clean.

I picked this hotel because airport shuttle, but they didn't. Had to get Uber driver at 6am thank God I got a ride.

It looks exactly like the photos it was clean I knew they cleaned before hand because it smelled like bleach. the bed was absolutely gorgeous for the price. They don’t serve breakfast because of Covid but it’s other places to eat around there. Ten out of Ten definitely would recommend.

Location and price

That they put people above and beside us that made noise all night slamming doors and sliding something across the floors when we had to be up at 3am to catch a flight ✈.

Great stay for the price. Aldi and CVS within walking distance and other stores just nearby. Nice place

The shower head was is exactly how i hate it. Please replace those tiny things

I loved the location to stores, mall, and highway.

Not pet friendly, no breakfast and the bed was too short.
