The staff was attentive, friendly, as were some of the guests. Check-in and check-out were easy & seamless. I loved the free breakfast...had a lot of variety; & free Wi-Fi connection, even though I wasn't given any info on this. I discovered it quite by accident.

When I went to breakfast, the pancake maker wasn't working. I told the front desk staff & she came right over and discovered that it wasn't plugged in. So she plugged it in. She had to locate an outlet (on the very bottom shelf), got down on her hands & knees & finished the job. Thanks! On the 2nd breakfast day, the coffee pot was empty. Another staff immediately refilled the pot & apologized. Great service! Room was clean, cool & quiet, even though I had some thumps in the hallway. Could put more coffee, sugar & creamer in the room too. And coffee maker was not near an outlet. Had to move to the desk to get near an outlet. Overall, my stay was safe, clean, quiet.

room was clean and fresh. Most of the stuff was professional, nice and ready to resolve any issues! Also they made arrangements for us as we asked them when book.

Our first night was really tough for me because of the receptionist who talked super loud (on a speaker ) on his phone to someone in the middle of the night. He woke me up 2 times :at 1am and around 2.30am. I asked him to be more quiet, but he ignored it. All other stuff were super nice and respectful!

Located was close to my morning destination. plus the hotel staff in lobby check in and out were Amazing! However, when I went for breakfast the next morning It was 5 minutes away from end of complimentary breakfast & a lady cook (tall with accent) came out and told me - I’m already closing it! I said ok, we’re just going to get coffee and then maybe whatever is left out here - no worries I told her. I believe the lady morning manager up front heard me telling her & I was telling my elderly mom to not worry about it.

Big gap under the door & TV did not work even when night receptionist tried to assist.

I’ve stayed here plenty of times it’s always been great but this last time it was okay. the staff is awesome! but the rooms needs some work.

the latch was broken, the vent wasn’t working, and there was a bottle of mayonnaise in the mini fridge which makes me think the room wasn’t cleaned properly.

The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. The A/C was excellent. The staff was some of the BEST I’ve ever dealt with.

The was some mildew in the shower on the ceiling. The vent fan in the bathroom needed a cleaning.

The location was good for our event.

I didn't ask for a quiet room. I did ask for extra towels which didn't seem to be provided. I had also reached out asking about upgrading room but no one ever contacted me. The beds are too firm.

Clean, quiet, good breakfast.

I would like to have 2 regular coffee packs and 2 decaf coffee packs in the room. This is a room for 2 people. There was only one regular coffee pack and one decaf coffee pack.

The room was very roomy. King size,bed was very comfortable and just right for both of us.

Was not enough channels on television and not enough furniture around pool area.

The breakfast looked good did not eat. The location was good. The ease of checking In.

The toilet was too low for comfort. A king suite that was missing the sofa.

The rooms was nice, big and clean.

Everything was good but we had trouble with opening the door. The card was not working.
